评论：美国科学家新论：每个黑洞内都含有一个宇宙 |
|

北京时间4月19日消息，据美国国家地理网站报道，美国物理学家表示，我们的宇宙就像是俄罗斯套娃的一部分，可能栖身于一个黑洞内，而这个黑洞本身又是一个更大宇宙的一部分。反过来，迄今在宇宙中发现的所有黑洞——从微小黑洞到超大质量黑洞——可能都是通向其他世界的通道。
黑洞是宇宙间的通道
根据一个离奇古怪的新理论，黑洞其实是宇宙间的通道——一种虫洞。从理论上讲，虫洞是连结白洞和黑洞的多维空间隧道，无处不在，但转瞬即逝。这种理论认为，黑洞吸收的物质没有如预测的那般被破坏成一个点，而是在黑洞的另一端喷涌出一个“白洞”。所谓白洞是广义相对论预言的一种与黑洞相反的特殊天体。
美国印第安纳大学物理学家尼克蒂姆-波普拉维斯基(Nikodem Poplawski)日前在《物理快报B辑》上发表了一篇论文，文中提出了一种新的数学模型，用以描述坠入黑洞物质的螺旋运动。按照波普拉维斯基得出的方程式，这种虫洞是“时空奇点”的切实可行的替代物，著名物理学家阿尔伯特-爱因斯坦预测“时空奇点”存在于黑洞的中心。
根据爱因斯坦广义相对论方程式，奇点形成于特定区域内物质过于稠密的时候，所以，这种事情可能会发生于黑洞的超密度中心。爱因斯坦的理论认为，奇点不占用任何空间，密度无限大，温度无限高——这一概念得到了大量间接证据的支持，可由于听上去离奇古怪，使得许多科学家难以接受。
如果波普拉维斯基的理论最终被证明是正确的，这些科学家可能会改变他们的立场。根据新的数学模型，黑洞吸收并看似破坏的物质实际上被驱逐出去，成为另一世界中星系、恒星和行星的基础物质。波普拉维斯基表示，黑洞为虫洞的概念或能解释现代宇宙学的某些谜团。例如，宇宙大爆炸理论认为，宇宙是以奇点为起点开始演变的。
诸多谜团或迎刃而解
不过，这种奇点是如何在大爆炸后的第一时间形成的，科学家对此没有一个合理的解释。波普拉维斯基指出，如果我们的宇宙诞生于“白洞”而非奇点，“将会解决黑洞奇点这道难题，而大爆炸奇点也将迎刃而解。”另外，虫洞或许还能解释伽玛射线爆发的成因。伽玛射线爆发是宇宙中强度第二大的爆炸，仅次于宇宙大爆炸。
伽玛射线爆发发生于已知宇宙的边缘，似乎与遥远星系中的超新星(即恒星爆炸)存在联系，但准确来源还是一个谜。波普拉维斯基认为，伽玛射线爆发可能是另外一个宇宙在释放物质，这些物质也许通过那些星系中心的超大质量黑洞逃到我们的宇宙，虽然尚不清楚整个过程是如何发生的。
波普拉维斯基说：“这个概念有点儿疯狂，但结果谁又知道呢？”目前至少有一种办法可以验证波普拉维斯基理论是否正确：宇宙中的一些黑洞旋转，如果我们的宇宙诞生于一个同样旋转的黑洞，那么宇宙应该“继承”了这个“母宇宙”的旋转特性。据波普拉维斯基介绍，如果未来的实验证明宇宙以其偏爱的方向旋转，这将是支持他的虫洞理论的间接证据。
物理学家表示，虫洞理论或许还有助于解释宇宙某些特征源于理论预测的原因。根据标准物理学模型，在大爆炸以后，宇宙的弯曲度应该随时间增加，所以在137亿年过后，我们应该处于一个封闭、球形宇宙的表面。然而，大量观测数据表明，宇宙四面八方都是扁平的。此外，来自早期宇宙的光线数据表明，在大爆炸刚发生后，宇宙中一切物质的温度都大体相同。
这意味着，我们在宇宙相反水平线看到的最遥远天体曾经距离我们的宇宙非常近，以致相互作用，达到均衡，就如同封闭密室中的气体分子一样。观测结果之所以再度与科学家的预测不相符，是因为在已知宇宙中，距离最远的天体相隔如此遥远，以致以光速在两者之间旅行所花的时间超过了宇宙的年龄。为说明这种差异，天文学家提出了膨胀概念。膨胀理论认为，在宇宙形成后不久，它经历了一个快速成长期，在此期间，太空本身以快于光速的速度膨胀。
“外来物质”诱发宇宙膨胀
膨胀在瞬间将宇宙从不到一个原子大，迅速拉伸至是原来大小的天文数字比例。宇宙因此显得扁平，因为从我们的角度看，我们所处的球体无比庞大——正如对于站在一望无际田野上的人来说，球状地球看上去扁平的。膨胀理论还能解释如今相距遥远的两个天体，在过去距离非常之近，足以相互作用的原因。
但是，假设膨胀理论是正确的，天文学家总难以解释清楚引起宇宙膨胀的原因。正是在这种背景下，新虫洞理论诞生了。据波普拉维斯基介绍，一些膨胀理论之所以宣称宇宙膨胀是由“外来物质”引起的——这种科学家假设的物质不同于正常物质，一定程度上是因为“外来物质”被排斥而非被引力所吸引。
基于他的方程式，波普拉维斯基认为这种外来物质可能形成于第一批超大质量恒星崩溃变成虫洞的时候。他说：“形成虫洞的外来物质和引发宇宙膨胀的外来物质之间可能存在某种关系。”实际上，波普拉维斯基并不是科学界提出其他宇宙存在于黑洞内的第一人。美国亚利桑那州立大学理论物理学家达蒙-伊森(Damien Easson)在以前的研究中也做出了这种猜测。
他没有参与波普拉维斯基的最新研究。伊森在谈到波普拉维斯基的方程式时说：“这一理论新鲜之处在于提出广义相对论中的虫洞解决方案，即虫洞充当了外部黑洞通向内部新宇宙的通道。在我们的研究中，我们只是提出这种方案可能会存在，但波普拉维斯基发现了真正的解决方案。”
新理论未解决根本问题
尽管如此，伊森在一封电子邮件中称，虫洞理论依旧存在诸多疑问：“这一构想可能吗？可能。这种假设可能吗？这我不清楚。但它肯定是令人感兴趣的理论。”伊森指出，量子引力(研究亚原子水平下的引力)的未来发展或能精进这些方程式，支持或反驳波普拉维斯基的理论。
美国加州大学戴维斯分校物理学家安德烈斯-阿尔布雷希特(Andreas Albrecht)表示，总体而言，虫洞理论令人很感兴趣，但在解释宇宙起源问题上难称突破。阿尔布雷希特也没有参与波普拉维斯基的研究。他认为，虫洞理论认为我们的宇宙形成于“母宇宙”喷射的物质，这只是将该创世事件过渡到另一个世界。换句话说，该理论未能说明“母宇宙”是如何形成的，以及它为何具有那些特性——即我们宇宙继承的特性。
他说：“我们正尝试解决一些确实紧迫的问题，目前尚不清楚这些问题是否能提供一个解决之策。”阿尔布雷希特并未觉得虫洞理论比黑洞奇点理论离奇，他警告人们不对新理论展开深究，因为它听上去还有些道理。阿尔布雷希特说：“在这个领域，人们提出的任何问题都十分离奇。你不能说不离奇的概念会赢得胜利，因为大千世界无奇不有。” |
