GDP總量輝煌背後的憂慮

世界各國面臨通脹壓力。中國國家統計局公佈的最新資料顯示，2009年中國錄得國內生產總值（GDP）近33.54萬億元人民幣，比2008年增長8.7%。這意味著中國2009年經濟總量為4.93萬億美元，預測日本預期出現6%的收縮，2009年經濟總體規模為4.92萬億美元，中國將取代日本成為僅次於美國的世界第二大經濟體。這表明，在全球經濟發展總體格局中，中國經濟發展進入新階段。
中國自開放改革以來僅用了三十年，就成為全球第二大經濟體，第一大貿易國，第一大外匯儲備國，航太和核軍事大國。這輝煌成就，可謂超歷史了，這是值得中國人驕傲的偉大成就。
但在輝煌的背後，還是有不少的憂慮：
1、中國與日本這兩個經濟體不能直接比較，因為中國在整體發展上仍然遠遠落後於日本，而且中國人口差不多是日本的10倍，兩國人均GDP差距將會很大。中國經濟總量平均到個人，人均佔有量則回到發展中國家的水準。以美國每人每年44000美元的人均收入比較，中國人均額度僅在3000-多美元，中國人生活標準有待更多提高。
2、新的三大差距急劇擴大。經濟總量的評估與世界排名，對中國實際上沒有多大意義。中國人不僅平均年收入少，且貧富差距越拉越大，城鄉差距、地區差距、腦力與體力勞動差距、公務員與企業職員差距、尤其是退休人員中公務員與企業職員差距更大，相差2-3倍，社會分配不公成為當前的主要矛盾，有的地方已出現有國企退休人員群體向政府請願和靜坐。
財政部最新統計顯示，10%的富裕家庭佔城市居民全部財產的45%，而最低收入的10%的家庭其財產總額僅佔全部居民財產的1.4%，據世界銀行調查，中國目前仍有3億人陷於貧困，農村還有不少人掙扎在溫飽線上。
3、房地產在中國，已經成了除股市之外最大的投機市場。有的國際資本和國內資本大財團炒買整幢商業大廈、住宅大樓和豪宅；那些關閉了出口產品企業的民間資本，也都結夥投入新樓和炒二手樓；稍有積蓄的市民則跟風搶進。房地產市場便成了投機炒買的市場，彼此推波助瀾，炒到北京二手樓高漲近五成。亞運村附近的舊樓高達22000元(人民幣，下同)一平方米。一間50平方米的舊樓房，加上分期付款利息，要百多萬元，試想一個雙職工家庭要30年不吃不喝，不生兒育女，才能買得起。樓價之高，超出消費者購買力的百倍以上。
炒風由一線城市蔓延到周邊城市。上海迪士尼樂園落戶川沙的消息一公佈，川沙的公寓房價從每平方米10500元升到14600元。海南島一宣佈開發，房價最高竟然炒到70000元一平方米。其他大城市的房價也是一日千里。
房地產泡沬破裂迫在眉睫，萬一樓市崩盤，無數投資者將會血本無歸或深被套牢，銀行勢必嚐到浮貸濫貸的苦果，被大量爛賬呆帳拖死。最近看到一則消息：“朝鮮擬建10萬套房免費給市民住”，報導說：“根據金正日的指示，朝鮮目前正在推行到2012年在平壤新建10萬套住宅的專案，而萬壽台街重建專案就是其中之一。”
我們知道，朝鮮是個貧窮落後的國家，面積12萬多平方公里，二千多萬人口，且經濟困難，物資缺乏，但仍關心市民住宅困難而由國家興建。而中國面積960萬多平方公里，十三億多人口，國家富強，經濟雄厚，外滙儲備世界之首，國家是否應考慮興建一批平價的平民住宅，以解決低收入的普羅大眾租賃或購買住房，讓居者有其屋。也是平抑房價，防止房地產泡沬經濟的一項措施也。

I am a member of CSA and we met a few years back and have run into each other in various CSA functions.
I serve on the Board as a Director of a Sino-foreign JV in Guangzhou. We are searching for an Operations Manager, a senior level manager for the enterprise.
