Greetings for Asian/Chinese Lunar New Year of Tiger
Happy the New Year of Tiger!
2/14/2010. According to the Chinese Zodiac, the Year of 2010 is the Year of a Golden Tiger. The first day of the lunar New Year 2010 falls on the 14th day of February, which is Saint Valentine''''s Day, so it is a day the West celebrates as a day of romance.
To the Chinese, it is the start of the Golden Tiger Year. The Tiger is the third sign in the cycle of Chinese Zodiac, which consists of 12 animal signs.
It is a sign of courage. This fearless and fiery fighter is revered by the ancient Chinese as the sign that wards off the three main disasters of a household: fire, thieves and ghosts. Year Of The Tiger - 1914, 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998
It is said that people born in the year of Tiger are sensitive, given to deep thinking, capable of great sympathy. They can be extremely short-tempered, however.
Other people have great respect for them, but
sometimes tiger people come into conflict with older people or those in authority. sometimes Tiger people cannot make up their minds, which can result in a poor, hasty decision or a sound decision arrived at
too late.
They are suspicious of others, but they are courageous and powerful. Tigers are most compatible with Horses, Dragons, and Dogs in marriage.

您好！
现将今日我们访问的照片发给您，敬请查收。
下面我想跟您谈谈此次我在美国的经历和感想。
此次出访美国，感触颇深。这几天在幼儿园访问的时候，每每都有一种想要流泪的感觉，因为我被该园所体现的以幼儿为本的精神所感动，我深深地感觉到自己找到了理想中的事物。在这里我并不是指责中国的教育，我知道教育作为社会实践活动的一种，它为社会经济发展水平和文化传统所制约，每种教育现象都有其产生的原因和存在的合理性。但是作为一个敬畏生命者，我追求一种崇尚人本自然的幼儿教育，从这个角度来说，目前很多中国的幼儿真是很辛苦，或许这种辛苦并不为幼儿所直接感觉到，因为在慢慢失去自我的过程中，他们已经学会用成人的感受来代替自己的感受。
自改革开放以来，我国幼教向美国同行学习了很多很多，幼教领域也产生了很多可喜的变化，但是作为一名在一线工作的教师，我发现这些变化至少在我所处的环境中比较表面，很多外表光鲜的背后隐藏了不为人知的原因和痛楚。我知道改革不能高效与多个领域的主客观因素都有关系，其中文化是不可缺少的主导因素之一。这只是我以前的感觉，但是此次来美国后，我才被深深地震撼。
目前为止，我仍是个无知者，所以我不宜从宏观方面来谈论问题，就微观方面来讲，我认为虽然文化是很难改变的，但是如果要真正办好教育，我和我的幼儿园应该向别人学习的是管理的理念和模式。通过这几天的观察，我发现，被访幼儿园的课程并不复杂，甚至可以说很自然，很随机。但是这里的幼儿很开心活跃，教师精神状态也很好，在这里我体验到来不一样的园所管理理念和模式。
幼儿园管理一向是我所关注的，尤其是其中的家园合作模式和班级经营方式方面（目前我在进行一个家园合作解决幼儿入园适应问题的研究，并尝试开展班级经营方面的研究）。希望能够接受您的指点，我将感激不尽！
