Call For Proposals is OPEN!
We invite you to submit a speaker proposal for the 2017 Online Teaching Conference. The Conference is a unique peer-to-peer premier gathering of California Community College (and other institutions), faculty, staff, and administrators leading the way in developing innovative and effective online education. Conference participants will be challenged and engaged by in-depth examination of relevant topics related to effective practices, support and resources, technology innovation, and leadership and evaluation. We are particularly looking for engaging and creative proposals under these "tracks":

2016东莞高层次人才交流洽谈会 (报名截止时间 2016-10-30)
根据东莞市委、市政府的工作部署，我市拟举办2016年东莞高层次人才交流洽谈会。大会将委托广东博士科技有限公司作为协办单位，负责国内著名高校（科研院所）、高层次人才邀请工作。本次交流洽谈会将邀请国内著名高校（科研院所）在大会现场设立展位，与我市重点企业在高端人才引进培养、博士后平台搭建和产学研合作等方面进行对接洽谈；同时，大会将邀请120名博士后、博士人员到会，与我市博士后设站单位及重点企业就博士（后）人才招收及项目合作进行洽谈。诚邀贵高校领导及高层次人才出席大会，现将有关事项通知如下：
一、时间和地点
时间： 2016年11月23日，时间1天。
地点：东莞理工学院学术交流中心。
二、活动主要内容
根据我市博士后工作站、博士后创新实践基地和高新技术企业提出的高层次人才需求，有针对性地邀请120名博士、博士后人才与我市有关企事业单位进行人才需求和项目合作现场对接洽谈，搭建高层次人才交流合作平台，宣传我市干事创业环境，聚集一批优秀创新创业人才，建立我市良好对外形象，提升招才引智的影响力。
三、邀请人员
国内著名高校（科研院所）人事处、科技处、博士后管理办公室、就业指导中心领导，博士生导师；意向来莞工作或开展项目合作的博士人才；意向来莞进站从事博士后研究的应届及往届博士毕业生。
四、报名方式

五、对接邀请
为确保大会办出成效，目前我市已整理出国内高层次人才需求表，技术项目、产学研合作需求表。请各高校人事处、科技处、博士后管理办公室以及就业指导中心等部门有针对性地组织博士、博士后等高层次人才报名参会，并注明意向对接的企业单位名称等信息。大会组委会将在组织人才与企业单位进行意向对接的基础上，于11月上旬向高校的人才发出正式邀请函。
六、其他事项
对获邀参会高校（科研院所）领导、博士（博士后）高层次人才的交通费用会议组织方将凭票据实给予交通费用补贴（以实际票据为准，最高3000元人民币），会议期间食宿等费用由会议组织方负责。

美国在全球推行民主二十年，我们得到了什么。 这二十年来，我们以国际警察和民主斗士自居，大力推行民主。 我们美国人拿着枪和美金，在二十年内，相继干倒伊拉克的萨达姆，利比亚卡扎菲，叙利亚，埃及，乌克兰，土耳其，希腊。 请问我们美国人得到了什么。 我们的商人不敢去中东和非洲做生意，在巴西奥运会不敢打国旗，在中东石油产区只要承认自己是美国人，直接是作死的行为。得罪了普京，得罪了欧盟，得罪了中国。
我们美国控制了高科技，居然在国际贸易中干不过中国，只得舍弃世贸组织去搞TPP. 请看中国，这二十年得到了什么。 他们不光夺走了我们的世贸组织第一名，还买到了全世界百分之八十的钢铁，百分之四十的石油天然气，百分之70的大豆，百分之80的铜和黄金，买到了乌克兰的航母，以色列的导弹，德国的机床和法国的红酒。他妈的还都是用美金买的。 他们买走我们的粮食，卖给我们辣条和方便面，买走了我们的钢铁，卖给我们比基尼内裤。买走了我们的石油，卖给我们玩具。 这都不是主要的，中国现在人民币国际化直接拿美国的美元作保，就算人民币不值钱了，立即可以兑换美元，谁都知道，他们有很多美元，比我们还多。 妈的，非洲都被他们夺走了，这就是我们的下场。 我绝对不支持奥巴马的TPP，我要让民主党的奥巴马和希拉里变成美国历史上最大的笨蛋。 我就是你们的下一届总统，请支持我，我们要光荣独立，谁有钱和谁做生意，我们要过好日子。
这二十年，中国农村的自杀率下降了90%，文盲率下降至10%不到，寿命提高10岁以上，私人轿车从无到全国性堵车，高铁占全球70%、很快50万人的城市都有高铁链接，高速公路从无到两千多个县都通，世界最长的桥最高的桥最难的桥中国人都不当回事造，中国人有钱得北京上海深圳的房价快要赶上我们的纽约还要离婚疯抢，中国人不去哪个国家旅游哪个国家就急，中国人不买、世界铁矿石石油就暴跌，更可气的是基本没有恐怖活动胆敢在中国进行……美国已经成为生活在巨大美元泡沫上，无可救药的国家了……投我一票吧，只有我可以拯救这个糟糕的美国了！ |
