灣區房產持續火爆！買房投資不僅要繳納房產稅，還繳納出租的個人所得稅，另外還繳納房產增值部分的資本利得稅！如果購買的是商業地產，需要繳納的個人所得稅更多，因為租金更高！美國規定在一定範圍內是可以合法合理避稅的。大家都知道房地產最賺錢的方法是通過轉賣而賺取差價。打個比方，您通過100萬買了個地產做投資房，今年房產漲價為200萬，您賣出後收益100萬，這個時候您可不要高興的太早，因為您要交稅呢！
