Presentation Topic: "Ethical Decision Making in Business"
This presentation examines the process of reasoning about moral issues that arise for business managers, aiming to equip future managers and leaders with concepts and principles that will help them make morally sound decisions.
BIO: Professor Radcliffe, who has been at Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University since 2000, teaches classes in business ethics and corporate responsibility. He also holds adjunct faculty appointments at Syracuse University, teaching ethics courses in the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and the College of Engineering and Computer Science. Previously, Radcliffe worked in strategic real estate consulting for Deloitte & Touche in Los Angeles and San Francisco. He earned his BA in philosophy from Fort Hays State University, M. Phil. in philosophy from Yale University, MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and Ph.D. in philosophy from Syracuse University. He is a blogger for the Huffington Post. In addition, he consults on real estate-related issues in the financial services industry.

在美国成立240周年的前夕（7月3日），美国中医科学院、加州中医公会、美国中药学会、天江医药集团等组织单位用他们独特的纪念形式和方法在洛杉矶克莱蒙市克莱蒙大学纪念美国的独立日。这次大型义诊服务活动整整筹建了一年，是在2015年7月上海第31届华人华侨社团负责人研习班“中医关怀倡议书”的基础上全面落实中国国务院侨办、中国中医药管理局、上海市侨办、上海中医药大学“一带一路”中医药走出国门的义诊服务。贯彻执行习近平主席“中医药学是中国古代科学的瑰宝，也是打开中华文明宝库的钥匙”。有利于世界了解中国，中医药走向世界，也有利于世界人民健康的义诊盛会。昨天出席义诊的工作人员有：杨文玲医师、柳江华医师、徐幸声医师、李霞医师、王爱民医师、胡运羚医师、张天明医师、秦国元医师、施蕊医师、英武医师、萧嗣全医师、郭莲英医师、吴宝林医师、Michael McBride (中医院校学员代表) 及TJHerbs天江医药集团Aura等。在美方克莱蒙市义诊服务筹备组Nancy Mintie律师的统一安排下，从下午12点30分至傍晚7时共接待患者210余人，天江医药集团发放免费中药颗粒配方多达300余剂，使广大患者及民众获得“中医关怀”的帮助和温暖，得到克莱蒙市长、克莱蒙校方等负责人亲临现场对此次活动的充分肯定和祝贺。感谢全体义诊义工的代表们！感谢克莱蒙市长、市议员及校方的亲临指导，诚挚感谢此次义诊服务工作的志愿者们。 |

最近南灣許多屋主眼看房價已超過歷史高點，不免也在思考如何將增值部分儘快入己口袋？比如說xxx在Saratoga很久以前用20萬買的一棟房屋，預計當今賣掉有350萬元利得。夫妻最多隻能免掉50萬元利得稅，多出的利得該如何做？有沒有辦法合法合理免繳或少繳稅呢？可憐天下父母心，我們華人父母總喜歡加名贈與。但給子女房產千萬急不得！如果父母想送子女房產，一定要從長計議。送房給子女的方法有直接送以贈予的方式。另外贈送還有繼承，即許多父母都希望在自己有生之年能把子女以後的生活安排好，所以很多父母就會送房子給子女或者把自己名下的房產轉移到子女名下，確保子女有個生活保障。但美國的繼承稅很高，哪種方式是最適合最省稅的呢？
