各位专家：
中国-东盟博览会（以下简称为“东博会”）是由中国和东盟10国经贸主管部门及东盟秘书处共同主办，广西区政府承办的国家级、国际性经贸交流盛会，截止2015年已累计举办十二届。第十三届东盟博览会拟于2016年9月在广西南宁举行。
为 深入落实创新驱动发展战略和人才强国战略，支持海内外高端人才创新创业成果面向东盟及全球开展合作及交易，中国留学人员回国服务联盟将于2016年9月 11日-14日东博会期间结合“汇商聚智·携手圆梦—共建21世纪海上丝绸之路”活动，举办海内外高端人才创新创业成果展（简称“海创展”）。现征集参展 创新创业成果项目，并将有关事宜通知如下：
一、活动组织
东博会“海创展”由东博会组委会办公室、中国留学人员回国服务联盟、人社部留学人员和专家服务中心、广西区党委组织部、广西区人社厅等单位联合主办，智汇邦（广西中关村创业创新人才基地运营单位）协办。
二、活动信息
活动时间：2016年9月11日-14日
活动地点：广西南宁市国际会展中心
参展费用：“海创展”务求实效，坚持公益性，不向参展单位或个人收取展览费（特殊制作需求除外）。
三、活动内容
东博会“海创展”以“成果转化、开展交易”为宗旨，通过组织成果展示、开展项目合作对接等活动，全面宣传和展示海内外高端人才的创新创业成果，并依托东博会的国际经贸资源（东盟国家各商会、东盟国家重点企业、全国主要商会、全国重点企业等）， 促进海内外高端人才的创新创业成果面向东盟及全球开展合作及交易，助力海内外高端人才的创新创业发展，打造国家级的创新创业成果的合作交易平台。近几届东 博会参展企业均超过2000家，参会客商超过5万人，国内合作签约达900亿元以上，国际合作项目签约额达90亿美元以上。
四、活动亮点
（一）“海创展”力求实效，对于参与项目将提前将项目信息及需求依托东博会国际经贸资源进行提前对接，促进在东博会形成合作交易。
（二） 历界东博会均有国家领导人出席，本届东博会“海创展”拟邀请东盟各国政要、国家各部委领导、东盟各国的商会、全国主要商会、全国重点企业、国家“千人计 划”专家、海内外精英、知名投资机构等相关高层参加，聚集全球高端商业资源及人脉，为创新创业人才项目提供最丰富的合作交易资源支持。
（三） “海创展”设创新展示产品展示、项目合作对接活动两个版块。创新产品展示主要展示具有市场潜力的创新成果（技术、服务、创意等）；项目合作对接活动主要是 遴选一批具有较强发展潜力的高新产品，通过现场路演、新品发布、多媒体展示，与东盟各国商会/企业、国内外商会/企业、知名投资人等进行互动对接，促进形 成合作交易。
五、项目征集
（一）基本条件
项目应符合以下条件：
1、项目拥有自主知识产权和发明专利，技术创新性强，具有较好的市场前景；
2、项目所有人或主要研发人为海内外高层次人才（已回国或在国外均可）；
3、项目符合东盟国家的主要需求及产业发展方向、国内外的产业发展方向（涵盖：电子信息、机器人、智能制造、能源环保、生物医药、现代农业、跨境电商、海洋开发、新材料等领域）；
4、项目便于展览展示，呈现方式有新创意，具有较好的观赏性和互动性。
（二）发动征集
请意向参与项目登录“海创展”报名网址进行网上申报，或发邮件至hcz@1000plan.org邮箱索要《2016年海内外高端人才创新创业成果展项目征集信息表》。请于7月30日前完成申报工作。

Presentation Topic: "Ethical Decision Making in Business"
This presentation examines the process of reasoning about moral issues that arise for business managers, aiming to equip future managers and leaders with concepts and principles that will help them make morally sound decisions.
BIO: Professor Radcliffe, who has been at Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University since 2000, teaches classes in business ethics and corporate responsibility. He also holds adjunct faculty appointments at Syracuse University, teaching ethics courses in the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and the College of Engineering and Computer Science. Previously, Radcliffe worked in strategic real estate consulting for Deloitte & Touche in Los Angeles and San Francisco. He earned his BA in philosophy from Fort Hays State University, M. Phil. in philosophy from Yale University, MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and Ph.D. in philosophy from Syracuse University. He is a blogger for the Huffington Post. In addition, he consults on real estate-related issues in the financial services industry.

在美国成立240周年的前夕（7月3日），美国中医科学院、加州中医公会、美国中药学会、天江医药集团等组织单位用他们独特的纪念形式和方法在洛杉矶克莱蒙市克莱蒙大学纪念美国的独立日。这次大型义诊服务活动整整筹建了一年，是在2015年7月上海第31届华人华侨社团负责人研习班“中医关怀倡议书”的基础上全面落实中国国务院侨办、中国中医药管理局、上海市侨办、上海中医药大学“一带一路”中医药走出国门的义诊服务。贯彻执行习近平主席“中医药学是中国古代科学的瑰宝，也是打开中华文明宝库的钥匙”。有利于世界了解中国，中医药走向世界，也有利于世界人民健康的义诊盛会。昨天出席义诊的工作人员有：杨文玲医师、柳江华医师、徐幸声医师、李霞医师、王爱民医师、胡运羚医师、张天明医师、秦国元医师、施蕊医师、英武医师、萧嗣全医师、郭莲英医师、吴宝林医师、Michael McBride (中医院校学员代表) 及TJHerbs天江医药集团Aura等。在美方克莱蒙市义诊服务筹备组Nancy Mintie律师的统一安排下，从下午12点30分至傍晚7时共接待患者210余人，天江医药集团发放免费中药颗粒配方多达300余剂，使广大患者及民众获得“中医关怀”的帮助和温暖，得到克莱蒙市长、克莱蒙校方等负责人亲临现场对此次活动的充分肯定和祝贺。感谢全体义诊义工的代表们！感谢克莱蒙市长、市议员及校方的亲临指导，诚挚感谢此次义诊服务工作的志愿者们。 |
