尊敬的美华联第七届换届选举委员会:
第一、有关换届选举的通知,都要由换届选举委员会委员统一后,才能发放。
第二、目前主要是要进行参选社团的资格审查;候选人的资格审查。参选社团与候选人的资格审查结果必须报经第七届换届选举委员会通过与确定。
第三、为了更好地做好换届选举工作,拿出高质量的资格审查结果,建议推延召开“美华联第七届换届选举大会”,时间安排在2016年4月28日至5月初。
以上通知,请于采纳执行。

美华联换届选举监督委员会
二零一六年二月一十五日

关于推迟美华联第七届换届选举日期的公告
根据美华联多数常委的最终表决,兹定于2月28日的换届选举因故推迟。鉴于选举日期已经推迟,原先通告中关于候选人需在2月20日前提交书面个人简历和政见,通讯选票需在2月26日前邮寄至美华联的信箱,以及参加投票的社团在2月20日前确认出席等条文,均停止执行,具体办法将另行通知。
为了选举的公正、民主,实现美华联换届选举的平稳过渡,美华联多数常委一致要求鹿强提交美华联财务报告,供大家审核。待财务审计清楚之后,美华联的换届选举方可正常进行。
