On behalf of GALA (GI and Liver Association of the Americas), we would like to invite you to the GALA Chicago CME conference being held on September 25-26, 2015 at the JW Marriott in Chicago, Illinois. This 1.5 day conference is designed to address the educational needs of healthcare professionals interested in chronic GI and liver diseases. The CME/CE component of the conference will provide up to 11.0 CME/CE credit hours and will present state of the art information that will help you optimize patient outcomes. Dear members of ICSPAH,
The Executive Council of ICSPAH is pleased to announce and share the information below with all members:
1.Call for Abstracts’ for ICSPAH Conference 2016, Minneapolis will be soon distributed to membership and the interested professionals.
2.Our ICSPAH standing committees have developed the operational codes for the effective functions of the committees. These operational codes will be posted on ICSPAH website before September 15, 2015.
3.Dr. Peng Zhang from East Stroudsburg University has been nominated and approved by the Executive Council as the acting business manager of the ICSPAH.
4.Executive Council of ICSPAH has approved a membership survey that has been working and intending to gather feedback and comments from the ICSPAH members regarding whether there will be a possibility of establishing ICSPAH journal in the future.
5.The official Wechat of ICSPAH will be established for our members and the professionals with shared interests on September 15, 2015. All members ICSPAH are warmly welcome to join the social network for information exchange.
6.According to the Bylaw of the Society, ICSPAH will establish excellent awards for research, teaching, and service for our membership. A “Call for Nominations” will be posted during middle of November 2015 with the detailed procedure and nomination standards.
7.“Call for Nominations of ICSPAH Officers” (e.g., president-elect, secretary, business manager) will be posted during middle of November 2015 with the detailed criteria and procedure of nomination.

邀请对象 海外留学人才：一是取得硕士学位，在国外大学、企业或研究机构从事专业工作三年以上的留学人员；二是取得博士学位的留学人员；三是海外留学人才创新创业团队 代表；四是有影响力的海外留学人员社团；五是在产业、专业领域具有独特影响力的海外华人专才；六是已在国内创业的海外高层次留学人才。

参会补助:
活动期间，大会为被邀请参会的海外留学人才提供免费食宿。其中，技术、带项目、带资金等形式参会的海外留学人才，通过对接、筛选，经大会组委会确认，给予一定标准的国际差旅费补贴。如果申请人的项目被杭州选上并得到邀请，申请人将得到国际旅费补助。如果申请人没有被杭州邀请，但是被温州邀请，申请人将得到温州发的国际旅费补助, 如果申请人没有被杭州/温州邀请，但是被丽水邀请，申请人也将得到丽水发的国际旅费补助。杭州-温州-丽水三个城市有协调，如果申请人同时被这两个或者以上城市邀请，国际旅费补助由杭州发-温州或者丽水不再另外补助。今年的具体补助标准还未定，估计和去年（7000元人民币）接近。 |
