馬雲演講節選：“幸福是自己找出來的，今天中國的經濟的高速發展我剛才講了，但是我們的價值體系，我們的文化體系受到了摧毀，最早新文化 運動摧毀了舊文化沒有建設新文化，文化大革命又把我們很多價值體系搞亂了，今天有的學者來講，我幷不完全同意中國不是法制社會，好像有了一套法律我們就能解决這些問題，不是那回事。”“美國發展是因爲法制嗎？就是這個人漂亮是因爲鼻子漂亮。不對。大家記住美國社會的發展它是基于基督教文化的，在基督教文化上面建立法律體系，在這個法律體系建立政治體系，在這個上面建立起他們 的領導人的選舉體系，整個體系比你的想的複雜得多，這僅僅是 簡簡單單的一部分，假如我們今天這個價值文化體系被摧毀的情况下，隨便拿一點別人的價值體系，等于沙灘上建樓，建不起來。”“我們需要重新找回價值體系，讓年輕人明白不 要怪人家富怪人家有錢，而是我要如何改變自己。我堅定不移你們會爲我們，爲這個國家爲中國找回價值體系，而這才是中國真正騰飛的時代。”
美國的主流文化—基督教文化考察美國的建國史和發展史,人們不難發現,基督教的觸角已經延伸到美國生活的方方面面:美國民主的基石—《五月花號公約》記載著,要以上帝的名義繼續清教實驗,來完成上帝的事業;短短的美國獨立宣言中竟有四次提到上帝,如果删去“上帝”二字,獨立宣言的精神就無法理解。基督教文化是美國的主流文化，深層次的基督 教主流文化，猶如一棵大樹的根 系，不斷地爲大樹枝幹提供著養 份，只有認識了這個根系，你才能真正瞭解美國社會成功的真諦。美國社會的民主、法制、自由等許多思想都根 源于《聖經》的教義，具有宗教 基礎。受基督教的影響，基督教 主流文化的精髓在于其平等觀與 博愛觀。基督教宣揚平等、饒 恕，與博愛，愛所有人，愛人如 己，以至于愛我們的敵人。這是形成西方社會民主、自由風尚的 思想基礎。具有普遍性的民主制度的基礎，來自于基督教的根本精神：人是有限的，有罪的，人不但不完美的，而且有缺陷。人所創造的制度亦如此。因此，對權力必須加 以限制和制衡。三權分立,是西方流行的政治學說,也是美國政治制度的重要原則。美國政府實行立法、行政、司法三權分立,國會、總統和最高法院地位平等、相互制約平 衡,在當今西方各國美國是實行分權制衡最典型的國家。美國人相信《聖經》，很多人周末去教堂接受心靈的洗禮，《聖經》中教育人們友好、行善、道德高尚， 許多人便懷著這樣的信仰去生活，去與人相處。
正如人們所說：多一個教堂，少一座監獄；多 一個基督徒， 少一個罪犯。基督教認爲神是神，人是人，只有上帝是神，上帝永遠至高無上，人永遠是上帝的僕人，人的權力永遠不能超越上帝。因此， 這從思想深處限制了人的私欲的膨脹。這就使再大的官，也要對老百姓尊重；再有名的人，也不敢在公衆面前肆意妄爲；再偉大的人也要檢點自己的行爲，不得 作有違上帝意志的事情。基督教文化還宣揚天賦人權，珍惜生命，尊重人權。受基督教思想的影響，美國人視民主、平等、自由爲生命，永遠都選擇民主政體，自由經濟，專制、獨裁與特權在美國人的思想深處就沒有其存在的餘地。大家都相信，信仰和愛對一個人來說是非常重要的，特別是對人的身心健康，對一個家庭的和睦。但到底有多重要？很多人可能却不清楚。以下是兩個家族200年後的統計：兩個同時代的家族，一家是信基督教的愛德華茲。另一家是著名無神論的宗師馬克•尤克斯。幷且，無神論的馬克•尤克斯對愛德華茲曾說過：“你信的那位耶穌，我永遠不會信”！有人統計了愛德華茲家族200年後的情况，也統計了馬克•尤克斯家族200年後的情况，詳細統計結果如下:
（一）愛德華茲家族
人口數：1394人，其中有： 100位大學教授，14位大學校長，70位律師，30位法官，60位醫生，60位作家，300位牧師、神學家，3位議員，一位副總統。
（二）馬克.尤克斯家族
人口總數：903人，其中有： 310位流氓，130位坐牢13年以上，7位殺人犯，100位酒徒，60位小偷，190位妓女，20名商人，其中有10名是在監獄學會經商的。
美國學者A.E.Winship在1900年做了一項研究，比較兩個家族，寫成《Jukes-Edwards》一書。他追踪他們近兩百年以來的繁衍發展。基督教文化不排斥經濟，甚至鼓勵人們通過自我奮鬥獲得財富。新教倫理不僅 不把追求財富和金錢的活動視爲 罪惡，而是把它和榮耀上帝聯在 一起，正確的使用管理財富榮耀上帝。勤奮工作、節儉和奉獻是 美德和道德義務，是基督徒的天職。最有名的便是著名的牧師約 翰•衛斯理所說：“拼命地賺錢，拼命地省錢，拼命地捐錢”。

時間的偉大，在于它可以見證一切真實與浮華!這個世界沒有偶然。很多人都難以理解，歷經百年，爲什麽在結果上有那麽大的差別。而其中真正的關鍵，是因爲愛德華茲，愛德 華茲家族獲得了信仰的力量。信仰的背後，他們種下了兩顆重要的種子。
種下的第一顆是，向善和愛的種子，所以他們家出了那麽多的醫生，教授和大學校長。
種下的第二顆是，敬畏的種子。這種家庭裏出來的孩子，永遠都會記得，頭頂三尺有神明。
不知道你有沒有注意到爲什麽馬克.尤克斯家族有那麽多的流氓，小偷和妓女？就是因爲這種家族的教育裏面，缺少了敬畏。沒有敬畏之心的教育，當然會出像某某之子之類的案子。在他們的內心讀白是：老天爺算什麽,我才是最大的，沒有我不敢做的…… 這歷經百年的兩個家族，讓我們感受了信仰和 愛的巨大能量。所以，在金錢關係裏面才有了一條定律：信仰，是連接能量的通路！

深圳大学百万年薪招聘教授
深圳大学创办于1983年，坐落于南山半岛，依山傍海，与香港隔海相望。现有后海、西丽两个校区，总面积达2.9平方公里，被誉为中国"最美丽的大学"之一。

1）资助培养对象：荔园领军学者主要为我校全职在岗的高水平学术领军人才；荔园优秀学者主要为已在全职教师岗位工作满3年，且年龄在45岁以下的学术骨干；荔园优青主要为取得博士学位后在大学或研究机构从事学术研究工作一年以上，且年龄在35岁以下的青年学术骨干。
2）资助标准：荔园领军学者实行五年资助期，期间发放生活津贴，第一层次为50万元/年，第二层次为15万元/年；荔园优秀学者实行三年资助期，期间发放生活津贴，标准为10万元/年；荔园优青培养期最长为9年，期间发放生活津贴，标准为10万元/年。

The annual conference of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology in Utah (CAST-UT) will be held on January 24, 2015 at Fort Douglas Ballroom of the University Guest House (110 South Fort Douglas Blvd, Building 801, Salt Lake City, Utah). The theme of the annual conference is on Innovation and Development (创新与发展). The keynote speaker and guest of honor will be the Nobel Prize laureate, Professor Dr. Mario Capecchi from University of Utah. The symposium is planned as several parallel sessions in the afternoon. One is on big data and internet security, and another will be the students'''' research presentation. In addition, CAST-UT will continue to award outstanding local high school students, and student research awards. Dear Colleagues:
Annually the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges calls for nominations for one of the two faculty seats on the Board of Governors. We seek your assistance in identifying outstanding faculty members who are knowledgeable about the issues facing faculty and others in the community colleges. While we are particularly interested in candidates who represent and who have shown commitment to issues of diversity, as you will see on the attached sheet, the Academic Senate has broadened the criteria to encourage leaders with a variety of experiences to consider applying for this position. Thus, it is important that all members of your faculty are aware of this opportunity to serve. The Governor appoints members of the Community College Board of Governors. As you may be aware, two faculty members serve on the Board of Governors, serving staggered two-year terms. The Governor makes these faculty appointments from a list of recommendations put forward by the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges.
In addition, we would expect candidates to be articulate, capable of presenting a reasoned argument on issues of educational policy, and to have knowledge of statewide educational issues. Any college or district senate or an Executive Committee member of the Academic Senate for California Community College may nominate faculty. In each case, the nominee is strongly encouraged to include a letter of endorsement from the faculty member's local academic senate. If a faculty member has been previously nominated and would like to be reconsidered, a letter of intent should be sent to the Senate Office with a current resume. Candidates for nomination should submit a letter of introduction, a current resume outlining relevant professional activities, and the letter of local senate endorsement. All original materials must be received in the Academic Senate Office by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 20, 2015. NO FAXES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Nominees will be selected and interviewed by the Executive Committee. All candidates will be notified of the outcome of the nomination process. Thank you for your assistance in identifying worthy and qualified candidates.
