大家好！首先祝贺大家成为我会第一届“海外留学人员社团负责人高峰论坛”邀请参会嘉宾，也感谢大家不远千里从国外回来参会。为了能举办好第一届“海外留学人员社团负责人高峰论坛”，特和大家沟通如下会务事项：
报到地点：上海中华文化学院 尚苑宾馆 上海市天等路469号
报到时间：本次高峰论坛不安排机场接送机服务，请大家谅解。请各位嘉宾在1月15日17：00之前抵达宾馆并报到，我会在1月15日晚上17：30准备了欢迎晚宴。
高峰论坛会务要求：1、请各位嘉宾提供个人简介（不超过200字）、个人照片（展现个人风采）以及所负责社团简介（不超过300字），我会将制作高峰论坛手册以及制作嘉宾介绍海报。为能及时制作，请于1月7日前提交给我，谢谢。
2、根据日程安排，1月18日的高峰论坛，我们安排每位嘉宾发言，发言时间约20分钟，发言内容可包含：所负责社团基本情况介绍（人数、结构、成立时间等等），所在社团在当地的活动和社会作用，对国家或我会开展留学生工作的看法和建议，希望和我会有怎么样的合作或提供怎么样的支持，等等。请各位嘉宾制作PPT，以便介绍。
3、为了更好地服务海外留学人员社团，并为海外留学人才提供对接服务，请大家提供社团重要代表人士名单和其他推荐人才名单

Due to recent email hacking events, we wanted to take this opportunity to assure you the JSOM takes your privacy and email security seriously. Our webmaster, Dr Graverson, has over 30 years of IT experience. The JSOM website is secured with 128-bit SSL encryption, so all communication between your computer and our webservers is encrypted; no plain-text information is sent, especially usernames, passwords, email addresses, etc. Both the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and the Department of Defense (DoD) recommend passwords be a minimum length of 8 characters with a combination of upper and lower case characters, digits, and special characters. The password for the database that stores all of our subscriber information exceeds those standards, making the likelihood of a password compromise exponentially less likely. The Admin passwords are changed on a regular basis, and our site is hosted by a very reputable and reliable company.
If you are receiving the JSOM through your SOMA membership and haven't yet renewed your SOMA membership for 2015, SOMA will be sending out membership renewals after the first of the year (approx. 5 January). If you have any questions regarding the status of your SOMA membership, please contact the SOMA Executive Office at SOMA@goamp.com. By renewing your SOMA membership, SOMA domestic members will continue to receive the print version of the JSOM; SOMA international members will continue to receive access to the digital version of the JSOM; and SOMA life members will receive a discount off their subscriptions.
