为推动我省高层次人才创新创业，形成人才、项目与资本有效对接的常态化机制，促进地方产业发展，省委组织部、省人力资源和社会保障厅拟于4月18日联合省直有关单位举办第二届福建省人才项目与资本对接会（简称“4·18”）。会后，将根据地方特色产业的需求，组织相关产业的人才、项目、投融资机构及产业专家到各地开展“4·18送服务到基层”产业对接系列活动。为做好前期人才项目融资需求及地方产业“4·18”对接需求征集工作，请通知有融资需求的项目人才，尤其是申报 “百人计划”的相关人才填写《人才项目融资意向表》，并通知所属县（市、区）党委组织部，会同当地产业主管部门研究地方产业发展需求，填写《地方特色产业“4·18”对接需求表》，于3月23日前将上述表格的电子文档报送至省委人才办。相关信息详情请登陆福建省高层次人才网（http://rc.fjzzb.gov.cn/index.htm）查阅。明年开始，“4•18”人才项目与资本对接需求可常年在网上进行申报。

2014年“赢在苏州”国际精英欧洲赛区创业大赛暨苏州国际精英创业周通知
“赢在苏州” 国际精英创业大赛是由苏州市人民政府主办，大赛旨在为海外高层次人才打造高端创新创业平台，吸引优秀人才、优秀项目来苏州落户发展。欧洲赛区创业大赛已在德国法兰克福和法国巴黎成功举办两届，吸引了一大批海外高层次人才和优秀项目来苏进行对接考察，其中31项目已成功落户苏州，在全球的华人圈中得到了高度赞扬。本次“赢在苏州” 第一次登陆英国，将重点给予英国的高层次人才以充分的机会参与，以期将有最少超过30名以上的人员被邀请参加4月23-24日的苏州实地考察和项目对接。
苏州国际精英创业周由国家人社部、国侨办、团中央、中科协、中科院等五部委与省政府联合主办， 千人计划专家联谊会、千人计划创投中心、中国留学人员回国创业专家指导委员会协办，苏州市委、市政府承办。本届创业周活动持续以“汇聚全球智慧、打造创业天堂”为主题，以“立足苏州、面向全省、辐射全国、影响海外”为总体目标，面向全球集约引智和定向猎才。 由创业大赛和创业周组成的本次活动主要是为国际精英人才来苏创新创业打开方便之门，项目将涉及新能源、新材料、生物医药、光电、信息科技、管理、金融、化工、机械制造、汽车、农业等多个领域。

考察阶段: 活动组委会将于2014年4月23、24日组织本次大赛的进入英国地区前50名项目对苏州相关载体实地考察,与当地的企事业单位、科技孵化园进行项目的对接，促进优秀人才、优秀项目来苏落户。苏州相关载体给予每个项目一位代表5000元到10000元的国际差旅补助。
英国创业座谈会: 活动组委会将和英创基金一道于2014年5月18日组织本次大赛的英国优秀项目座谈,介绍苏州的创业政策,解答学者在创业前和创业中遇到的问题。入围苏州精英周的项目将同时受邀参会。
精英创业周阶段
活动组委会将于2014年7月10至12日组织本次大赛的获奖项目和其他优秀项目和人才参加苏州国际精英创业周活动，对苏州实地考察，与苏州当地的企事业单位、科技孵化园进行项目的对接，促进优秀人才、优秀项目来苏落户。 |
