Join the Youth Olympics Planning Committee!
The APEX Youth Olympics team is currently looking for individuals that would like to be on the 2014 Youth Olympics Committee. Volunteers are needed to help plan all aspects of the event from logistics, activities, sponsorship, marketing, and more. The committee will be meeting on a regular basis on Sundays. This is a perfect way to get involved with APEX, and meet other like-minded professionals with an interest in bettering our community!

3月31日 - 4月30日，新疆人力资源和社会保障厅将《报名表》通报新疆企事业单 位， 各企 事业 单位 通过 电子邮件和电话与海外留学人才进行前期对接，与海外留学人才对接成功并初步达成合作意向的企事业单位，以书面形式报告自治区人力资源和社 会保障厅需邀请的海外留学人才和科技合作项目。如果获得正式邀请参加活动，新疆用人单位将为参会者提供路费补助，新疆人社厅 为用人单位提供资助。此项做法和其他地方不同，主要目的是促进报名参加活动的海外学子积极和新疆用人单位互动。
报名截止日期 : 2014年3月31日. 报名表格可在网站上下载 ：http://www.assoges.com/zh/reseau/435 。请填写报名表后，发送到 info@assoges.com
审核 : 5月10日前，自治区人力资源和社会保障厅对各用人单位达成初步合作 意向 的海 外留 学人 才进 行审核，审核后由自治区人力资源和社会保障厅向各海外联络站发出邀请函。
活动时间：6月30日前，具体来新疆时间和日程安排由各海外联络站与新疆人力资源和社会保障厅协商确定。
路费补助： 海外留学人才积极报名参加，及时与新疆用人单位进行项目对 接，确保项目落地。 海外留学人才来新疆的费用补助由用人单位负责保障。自治区人力资源和社会保障厅对用人单位给予经费支持，分两次拨付给用人单位：
1. 海外留学人才来疆后给用人单位拨付一次费用
2. 活动结束并且科技项目合作取得成效的拨付第二次费用（未取得 成效 的不 再拨 付经 费， 由用人单位承担）。 |

Spread the words to women and non-Chinese-speaking Asian communities: Say No to SCA 5.
Last Wednesday, I talked with a few ladies from India. They did not know about SCA 5 at all. After I told them about its content, they were quite upset that someone would come up with such an unfair bill. They requested me to send them more information.
Women and Asian communities will be seriously hurt by SCA5.
SCA5 has caused a fire storm in Chinese communities already, but many people in non-Chinese-speaking Asian communities do not even know about it at all. We need to spread the words to them. So talk with your Korean, Indian, Japanese, Vietnamese and other non-Chinese-speaking Asian friends.
