Happy Chinese New Year to you and other recipients again.
I am pretty sure of our Scholars' Net can get a publication viewed by our colleagues in China. I believe the artcile is generally written professionally and fact-driven with the good-will intention to improve the system. It has its important function relevant to numerous derivative issues and the prevention of fraud in Chinese id and the reduction of corruptions. I am blank-copying this message to persons who might be interested in the issues and will conduct themselves accordingly too within their own capability of roles.
