Dear Colleagues:
Thanks for the post and announcements. I enjoyed reading the contents which are so broad and straight and frank.
First of all, the writing on Premier Zhu Rong Ji. We rarely seen this sort of powerful figure in government bureaucracy; so, Premier Zhu is not a bureaucrat ---- a major player and vital operator himself.
Second, an article discussing on the hi-jacking schemes/measures by the local politicians will create substnatial harms to the central government. The immediate example is on the complicated issues on the purchase of Diao Yue Dao by the mayor of Tokyo who proposed to buy the historically-China-owned islands via the CITY municipality and try to manipulate the scenarios and extend the political manuvering of extreme-right-wing spirits in Japan. That is very dangerous and the mainstream in Japan and the powerful business circles are not in favor of them. The recalled-ambassador to China has been
summoned because HE warned his own government on the possible disastrous consequences once China is irriated by the "Diao Yue Dao -- purchase" issues and that is manipulated by the extreme right wings in Japan. He is a very powerful 73 year old figure in Japan''s business world. The new ambassador is from Ministry of Foreign Affairs Career Cadets and specializing in global business and commcercial affairs.
The Central Government of Japan is attempting to overstep the purchase from Tokyo Municipality and manage/lead the progresses. That is better off and we will see the more constructive interactions and exchanges between China and Japan in the coming months. That is between China and Japan and not dominated by the small factions of local right wings in Tokyo.
We also need to understand that the extreme right wings activities are watched and monitored very closefly by law enforcement agencies in Japan; just like, AV industry in Japan is also governed and monitored strictly though the industry is legal to produce and distribute their products.
It is still heated in Los Angeles and I wish you all have good days ahead and drink more
water in good health. Stay cool.
