由于有部分人员受邀参加海宁民营资本与海外智力合作交流大会，此次访问嘉兴的时间段将分为两批：
1. 第一批活动时间： 5月21-5月22日。在海宁活动之后 （方案一）

五月底的活动，是对有意前往嘉兴创业发展的海外人士,可亲身前往嘉兴市体验环境。如果获邀人员（海宁将直接发出通知给受邀人员）还想参加嘉兴的其它活动，可以组织分团在21日-22日期间另行访问嘉兴，嘉善，请在统计表中注明你的意向。如果不再参加，也请说明
备注栏说明你参加哪个时间段的活动。已经交了报名表的无需再交报名表，但是可以再填写上述统计表，告知你的时间段。
活动地点：嘉兴，以及个别周边城市（待定）。
报名截止：4月30日。
活动对象（不限美国）：协带符合嘉兴市产业需求的太阳能、包装、先进装备制造、电子信息、汽车及零部件、食品等产业以及新能源、新材料、新一代信息技术、生物技术、现代服务业等新兴产业发展前景项目的海外高层次人才和团队。特别是有意申报嘉兴市精英引领计划的海外高层次人才。

美國中華藝術學會將於5月14日至5月22日在蒙市舉辦百人書畫藝術大展，來自洛杉磯、橙縣、聖地牙哥和舊金山多個藝術團體以及臺灣、加拿大和大陸的傑出藝術家將參加這次藝術盛舉。

8月8日報到，9-10日開會，11-13日參觀。
其中8日晚舉辦招待會（reception），9日晚舉辦晚宴（banquet），10日下午技術參觀中國商飛（ARJ21和C919展示樣機，運10），10日晚城市參觀（浦江遊）。
11-13日會後參觀：11日乘車經杭州灣大橋赴寧波普陀山，在普陀山住宿一晚；12日遊覽溪口，晚住宿寧波；13日遊覽烏鎮，下午回到上海。

• 2011大家都用“给力”代替了“加油”。这是因为，“加油”越来越贵，而“给力”不用花钱！
• 因93号汽油上涨至7元一升，车流量虽有下降，但行人流量增加太猛，为此，交管局特通知如下：市城区从今日起出行的路人限行：单眼皮单日出行；双眼皮双日出行；一单一双在夜间出行，对戴墨镜出行者按故意遮挡号牌处理；对盲人出行者按无号牌处理；对割双眼皮的出行者按套牌处理，请互相转告！
