像减肥一样减税
有人说，很多税对中国人而言是“隐蔽”的，比如：一袋价格为2元的盐，包含大约0.29元的增值税和0.03元的城建税；去餐馆吃饭，买单费用的5.5%是营业税和城建税……中国税费设置多，中国减税的呼声一直很大。
这些年，提高个人所得税起征点这件事，就热过冷过，沉沉浮浮。前些天国务院终于正式讨论此事，民间七嘴八舌又成一锅粥：什么这个更重要呀，那个也急迫呀……头脑清醒的朋友出来喝止：且慢鼓噪，先提高了起征点再说啊！
温家宝总理在3月5日人大开幕会上做政府工作报告时强调，要继续实行结构性减税。对普罗大众来送，这是实实在在的利好消息。天底下哪件事情能够皆大欢喜？苛求完美，只能一事无成。无论何种方案，每个收入阶层的获益决不可能是一刀切的，但是，让更多的钱留在自己的口袋里，对目前颇感税赋之累的中国老百姓来说，总是好的吧？2月底还有一条消息：车船税的征收方法将变成按排量大小分档计征，由此可见民意的作用在税法调整中越来越凸显。
女人减肥的毅力是令人叹为观止的，我们真的希望：像减肥一样，坚持减税！
“我们究竟交了多少税？”
“这些疑问不解决，每当我看到完税证明上那句话‘感谢您为祖国繁荣昌盛做出的贡献’，心情会久久难以平静。”
是什么让姜文站着把6亿票房赚了？“索隐派”认为是张牧之在衙门口喊的那句话：“公平、公平，还是公平！”
税改，不仅是减税
车船税和个税的调整奏响了“十二五”期间我国税制深层改革的序曲，但税改的核心是温总理强调的“结构性减税”，这并非意味着大规模减税。财政部财政科学研究所副所长刘尚希表示，所谓“结构性减税”就是有增有减，“减”主要是通过税制改革的方式进行，“增”主要是增收环境税、资源税、消费税等与资源环境相关联的税种。
除了对“结构性减税”的误解外，大多数国人对于自己缴的税也是糊里糊涂，前一阵子“馒头税”的争议就是例证。如果不是政协委员潘耀民的一份提案，包括很多记者在内都还不知道“馒头税”。潘耀民委员认为，17%的“馒头税”设置税率过高，既不科学，还增加百姓消费的负担，更不利于食品安全。其实，“馒头税”只是普通的增值税。民众一听“馒头税”就愤怒，和我们多年以来只强调“纳税光荣、纳税是每个公民的义务”，而没有向公众普及纳税常识有关。在中国，纳税并没有给公民带来受益感，在公共福利普遍缺失的情形下，纳税的被剥夺感加强了。
更多的税种对于国人而言是“隐蔽”的。曾有人根据税率计算出一些日常商品的含税份额：一袋价格为2元的盐，包含大约0.29元的增值税和 0.03元的城建税；去餐馆吃饭，买单费用的5.5%是营业税和城建税；一瓶3元的啤酒包含大约 0.44元的增值税、0.12元的消费税和0.06元的城建税；如果你吸烟，一包8元的香烟包含4.70元消费税、增值税和城建税. |

On March 19, 2011, the Sino-American Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Professionals Association (SABPA) organized another very successful event - The Science & Technology Forum IX: Emerging Trends in Drug Development: Companion Diagnostics. 人緣就是在「萬事互相效應」中產生的。中年朋友「送貴重禮物換交情？」這是短期存款，甚至可能只是即期存款；想擁有新員工、老同事的永遠人緣，還是請確實把握以下的「五不」原則吧：
1.依老不賣老。
2.彈性不固執。
3.幽默不傷人。
4.關心不冷漠。
5.真誠不矯情。
有位心理學家還列出一張人際關係自省表：
1.此人不在，萬事皆休。
2.此人在比較好。
3.此人在與不在都無關緊要。

你的人緣處於第幾位呢？試問：「剪刀、石頭、布」，你說孰弱孰強？換個角度看，其實誰配合誰都無所謂，處事圓融最重要，因為─「人緣」將是你的養老基金！
