Entrepreneurial companies face many challenges, including a need to develop appropriate accounting, reporting, and tax functions. These challenges require focus, yet many entrepreneurial companies are unable to put the right levels of attention on these challenges because of a lack of knowledge about basic day to day operational matters, such as when a company needs an audit, accounting for business transactions, tax filings, and payroll and benefit matters.
Please join Deloitte and NECINA on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 for a seminar that will discuss these essential business functions and provide some clear guidance on the pitfalls and traps that can impact a companys ability to focus on its goals. 联合会于2009年12底在上海浦东举行的“2009海外华人金融高管浦东行”活动结束已有近三个月的时间了。通过此次活动，不知您现在跟国内的金融机构是否有进一步的联系或是否已经回国发展等情况，我们想及时了解此类信息，一是看看我们能否给大家一定帮助；二是便于我们在今后更好地开展类似工作作参考。
浦东新区归国留学人员联合会，一直承接着联系海内外广大留学人员等任务，并随时把最新信息传递给大家。为了助推归国留学人员创业，联合会不仅定期举办各种论坛、沙龙、讲座等活动，也在为广大“海归”回国创业提供咨询、办公用房、子女入学入园等方面提供了富有人性化的服务，使归国留学人员感到了“家”的温馨。

金門縣長李沃士8日拜會成大校長賴明詔院士洽談醫療合作 賴校長對於雙方的合作表示樂觀其成
金門縣長李沃士8日拜會成大校長賴明詔院士洽談醫療合作 賴校長對於雙方的合作表示樂觀其成協助發展離島醫療，成大與金門合作有譜！從文化跨越到醫療，擴大成大與金門的合作範圍，8日下午2時30分金門縣長李沃士率同金門縣衛生局局長陳天順等人，在成大附設醫院院長林炳文以及成大校友聯絡中心主任蕭世裕的陪同下，拜會成大校長賴明詔院士，商請成大支援金門醫療資源事宜。李沃士縣長希望朝著設立成大分院的目標，由成大協助提升金門醫療水準。成大校長賴明詔院士對於李縣長的期待十分重視，也樂觀其成，同時責成成大附設醫院院長林炳文盡速進行評估，研擬合作的可行辦法。
成大與金門向來關係密切，成大除了文學觸角延伸到閩南金廈區塊，與金門技術學院簽署策略聯盟，共同推動閩南文化研究，共創21世紀新金門風貌及嶄新的金廈生活圈；落實社會服務的理念，籍由社會醫療服務的擴充，成大若將診療服務延伸至金門，將是國內第一個進駐離島服務的大學。
本身是成大畢業、對成大有濃濃的一份情的李沃士縣長表示，很高興回到母校，希望能夠藉重母校來協助金門的發展，尤其是希望成大醫院能夠支援發展金門的醫療體系，未來並能在金門設立成大分院。李沃士縣長表示，縣立金門醫院改成署立金門醫院，在營運了三年以後，醫療算是有進步，但是還有很大的改善空間，金門的醫療如果可以再提昇，就是往教學醫院的層級了，如果成大可以到金門來設分院，那縣政府一定會傾全力來協助、配合。此行來向賴校長表達這樣的想法，希望邀請母校到金門設立分院，支援金門的醫療體系。
對於與成大附設醫院醫療合作的進行，李沃士縣長首先提出三項需求，分別是﹙一﹚先行支援部份專科醫師、﹙二﹚承作金門地區醫療給付效益提昇計畫(IDS)﹙三﹚參與規劃興建「金門縣綜合醫療大樓」，希望成大近期能從這三項的合作開始，接著由成大在金門設立分院，拉高醫療層級，未來的發展目標則是建立金門為一養生醫療健康島。
李沃士縣長進一步說明，金門縣屬偏遠離島，醫師難覓且不易久留，目前雖有IDS專科醫師支援，惟部份專科醫師人力仍為匱乏，爰需成大附設醫院支援胸腔內科、耳鼻喉科、風濕免疫科、新陳代謝科，每週1-2次門診之專科醫師。金門縣與台北榮民總醫院合之IDS三年計畫，即將於99年底約滿，也希望成大考量參與計畫。再者，「金門縣綜合醫療大樓」預計101年底能夠完工，尤其該興建案工作團隊也延聘財團法人成大研究發展基金會孫全文教授及陳長庚教授為特別顧問，希望以成大興建醫療大樓的經驗，參與规劃，提供成大成功經驗。
對於李沃士縣長的期待，賴明詔校長也給予即時的回應，並責成成大附設醫院院長林炳文盡速進行評估，研擬合作的可能。賴校長表示，很樂意和金門縣政府有更密切的合作，在過去合作的傳統之下，雙方能夠在醫療展開合作是一件好事。
賴明詔校長十分關注金門醫療的現況、設備、就醫人口、醫療需求以及未來的發展等等。李沃士縣長表示，目前署立金門醫院的醫師，大部分都是從其他醫院輪調或是借用，不夠穩定。長期在地的大約30幾人，其他地方支援的大約50幾人。
就醫人口方面，除了金門的5萬人，估計還有台商大約10萬人，未來還會有大陸來的觀光人士，在加上行政院也定調，金門的醫療應該是要做到觀光醫療這一塊，就是讓大陸人士也能到金門來做醫療，如果我們可以把整個醫療體系做起來，那金門就是中華民國的一個醫療櫥窗。再者，縣政府也在規劃投入健檢，補助金門鄉親健檢，並且引進健檢中心，這是我們未來要進行的方向。另外，還有一個12億的醫療大樓算，預計今年會發包施工。
回應李沃士縣長希望推動衛生署金門醫院改隸為醫學中心之金門分院。成大醫學院院長林炳文認為，成大有醫院、又有學校，過去與金門技術學院也有很密切的關係，在這樣的基礎上進行合作，成大有絕對的優勢。只是，要將好的醫生留在金門，一定要讓他們看到未來的遠景，例如這些人在工作一段時間以後，他可以回到總院，或是學校有個教職可以給他，他才會覺得有成就感，也才會有比較大的吸引力。這個部分可能要請縣長，跟中央協調。
李沃士縣長也承諾，如果成大有意願朝在金門設立分院的方向進行，縣府一定全面啟動，向中央，包括衛生署及教育部提出相關需求。我們期盼成大的醫療團隊能夠進駐，也絕對相信成大有能力可以完成。
金門縣政府訪問團由縣長李沃士領軍，成員還包括金門縣衛生局局長陳天順、機要祕書楊忠強、衛生局醫政課課長薛素姿、金門技術學院校長李金振等人。李沃士縣長是成功大學校友，除了拜會賴明詔校長，9日上午9時也將拜會成大工學院院長吳文騰，尋求在航空、交通等工程方面的支援與合作。 |

Dear ACFP Members and Friends:
We are all aware that ACFP hasn''''t had any activities in last year or so, due to many internal and external factors. Just like our economy, everything has its ups and downs and its beginning and end. Now it is the turn for ACFP. After serious consideration and discussion with the management team from The Chinese Finance Association – California Chapter (http://www.tcfaglobal.org), we decided to integrate ACFP under TCFA – California Chapter.
ACFP and TCFA share the same vision and mission. Plus, most of ACFP members and friends are located in San Francisco Bay Area and most of our events were held here. Similarly, TCFA-CA’s members and events are mainly in San Francisco Bay Area. We don’t see the need to have two similar organizations and believe it is to the best interest of Chinese finance professionals and two organizations to have one and strong organization in this location.
Under the new leaders of TCFA – CA Chapter, TCFA-CA has been very active and organized many great events. We would encourage all ACFP members and friends to enroll as new members of TCFA and participate its activities. Please log on ''''www.acfp.net'''' to learn more about TCFA and its CA chapter.
