Dear Dr. Jiang:
I am a member of CSA and we met a few years back and have run into each other in various CSA functions.
I serve on the Board as a Director of a Sino-foreign JV in Guangzhou. We are searching for an Operations Manager, a senior level manager for the enterprise. While we look for candidates from within China, we also consider expatriates. Do you think I cold solicit the assistance of CSA? If this is not something that CSA would get involved in, please do not hesitate to let me know.

This is my first day back to work after the New Year Holiday. What a cold holiday! Did you hold a big celebration in LA? I saw the news from the government website that Mr Xu Ruisheng, Vice mayor of Guangzhou, also the secretary of the Asian Game committee, had been to Vancouver to celebrate the new year with the local Chinese community and publicize the coming Asian Game.
