为推进杭州萧山区“5213”计划的实施，大力引进能够突破关键技术、发展高新技术产业、带动新兴学科的创业领军人才，打造具备一定国际竞争力的人才高地，杭州市萧山区向全球征集海外高层次留学人才创业项目，并组织萧山“5213”人才计划专项申报。我们将提供从申报咨询、工商注册、政策落实、融资服务、市场拓展等全方位的VIP服务。
项目申报： 杭州萧山5213计划 (最高资助1000万)
申报条件：1、申请人应取得硕士及以上学位；2、拥有自主知识产权和发明专利，或掌握核心技术、其技术成果国内先进或能够填补国内空白，创业项 目具有较好的产业化前景；3、申请人为企业的主要创办人，股权不低于30%；4、有海外创业经验或在国际知名企业机构担任中、高级职务，熟悉相关领域和国际规则，有较强的经营管理能力。
政策扶持： ⑴资金扶持：一事一议政策给予最高1000万元项目扶持资金；重点类给予最高不超过500万元项目扶持资金、优秀类给予最高不超过200万元项目扶持资金。⑵贷款贴息：给予两年内最高1000万元银行贷款的全额贴息，区属担保公司给予相应担保。⑶租金补助：给予企业三年1000平方米以内的办公用房房租补贴，标准为1元/平方米·天。
申报方式:“5213”计划项目常年受理，本次集中征集项目截止时间为2015年8月31日。申报材料请发送至邮箱: loulingna@163.com。

Free Seminar: The Internet of Things: Concepts, Technologies and Applications
As the applications of Internet of Things (IoT) being developed everywhere, IoT is becoming one of the hottest emerging technologies that could directly affect our life within the next few years. This seminar will help you to understand what exactly the IoT is and how this will impact your lives and work. What are the key IoT technologies? Some examples of the IoT applications will be discussed. You will also learn where the opportunities and challenges are as more and more devices start to join IoT. This free seminar will be offered in English. It is an introductory lecture and requires no computer major background from the audience.

“中西合璧，大学一家”，说的是不错，但现实却不是这样。中国大学也好，中小学也好，都是移植西方的制度来的，大学教育改革也说了几十年了，结果如何？是越来越中国化，也就是说越来越中国官僚化。那位教育参赞说的是不错，但他是在美国说的，如果他回到中国，估计也和教育部的现在官僚一样了。同样是中国的大学，何以民国时期就能做到跟西方的没有多少区别，反而现在就不行了呢？ |

日本人渡边夫妇将于本月27、28、29日三天，在湾区演出“眼见为证”（The Eye Holds the Truth）话剧，讲述慰安妇故事，揭露日军暴行。渡边夫人横井量子以日本人的身份，一人扮演三位慰安妇的角色。话剧用日文独白，英文字幕标出。渡边义治虽为日本人，但非常富有正义感。夫妻两人坚决反对日本右翼军国主义，并厌恶和谴责二战期间日本对邻国的侵略暴行，愿意用一生的时间，出钱出力，编演以二战为背景的多出话剧，根据真人真事，来诉说这段令他们夫妻感到极为痛悔的历史。有意思的是，渡边夫妇上演的话剧，以他们自己家庭为背景，透过日本人自己的公开的演出，来剖析、批判和忏悔自己的民族和国家在二战期间所犯下的罪行，“这只有有良知的日本人才能做得到，那是需要非常大的勇气”。
这出“眼见为证”话剧，将以两位韩裔、一位华裔慰安妇的故事为主要内容，揭露在二战期间慰安妇所受到的凄惨遭遇，控诉日军暴行。在世界各地包括旧金山湾区都在举行纪念抗战胜利和反法西斯胜利70周年之际，湾区侨界有机会欣赏到由日本人自己演出的诉说慰安妇故事，是极为难得的，欢迎大家踊跃观摩。
“眼见为证”话剧演出的日期和地点：
