I am 100% against the SCA5. We really should not be dealing with this issue in first place!!
Two year ago Governor Brown vetoed this legislation. Ed Hernandez revived SCA5 and passed at State Senate and if State Assembly pass it, then if would go to the voters on the November 2014 ballot. We must stop it from going to the voters.
I am Proud of all the Chinese news papers & organizations rally against SCA5 in the last 2 weeks all over Southern California communities. Hope by now Senator Ed Hernanez knows strong we are against the Bill SCA5!!
Let continue to work hard against this bill!!

Hello! Nice to see your newsletter. I met you at Guangzhou Chinese Professionals gathering, to have visited Normal University at the time. It's a nice journal.
Also you may tell Dr. Lu, 陆博士，in your very recent issue of the newsletter, that the spectrometer portion is MEMS-ed at IMEC, the Beligium Org., the laser, the smallest laser is a problem, the red light mini or MEMS laser is already made, but the green light MEMS laser is not ready yet. For the text he is proposing, it requires at least the blue light laser. I do not think it is made MEMS, or the Japanese may have the blue light MEMS laser tech, the blue light LED is already in use everywhere at the market by the general public. The blue light laser have been tried at the DVD machine - read-write head, but that portion of the blue light MEMS laser disappeared from the market together with DVD, already.
