Was there a Chinese student Lu Lingzi who was one of the three people who died in the incidence?
I found this in the internet:

Was she the one who was in UCRiverside as a visiting student a few years ago?
I was one of faculties who wrote letters for her and she got several offers including the Boston University, Statistic Department. She was the best student in my class.

美華協會新澤西分會本年度亞裔高中應屆畢業生英文論文比賽收件，即將在4月29日截止，亞裔大學生暑期實習計畫則在5月20日截止，論文優勝得主及獲選實習計畫名單將於該分會6月9日慶祝亞裔傳統月午餐會上頒發。 高中應屆畢業生英文論文比賽主題是：「美國亞裔應該如何突破天花板？而你本人又將如何克服障礙來實現你的理想？」正式題目包括數據、占一頁紙。 參賽論文文長兩頁，字數475至500字，評審標準為內容、語法並重；此外參賽者的學校成績、社團活動及社區服務活動也一併列入考慮，參賽者必須是居住在新澤西州的亞裔高中應屆畢業生。可電郵OCA.NJedcom@gmail.com，另將一份正本連同申請表，在4月29日前(以郵戳為憑)郵寄OCA- NJ Chapter Essay Scholarship Program, Laura Lee, Education Committee, 7 Lyle Ave, Wayne, NJ 07470，優勝獎金300至1500元。 |
