Job Description:
(1)Provide technical support for the sheet metal process;
(2)Manage the examination and direction of technologic implementation during the production process;
(3)Responsible for the product quality and provide support for the next process/step;
(4)Focus on surpassing other brands with the best sheet metal value;
(5)Play a role to develop the accuracy of product improvement.
Position Responsibilities:
(1)Responsible for sheet metal analysis of the forming process, inspection and direction. (20%)
(2)Responsible for mold process analysis, inspection and direction. (20%)
(3)Cultivate the engineer (molds, equipment & sheet metal) .(10%)
(4)Responsible for mold processing, maintenance, evaluation, supervision and guidance.(20%)
(5)Responsible for the cultivation of technologists.(30%)
Qualifications & Requirements:
(1) Bachelor’s degree and Engineer Certificate holder or above with the major (Machinery / Manufacture / Others);
(2) 20 years of experience as a Sheet Metal Technician / Structural Engineer is required.
(3) Have mechanical experience and knowledge of material, be good at production and process,own a unique insight into the IE or relative knowledge.
(4) More than 5 years working experience as a leader of the sheet metal team, can provide the evidence to prove technology breakthrough and outstanding contribution.(communication and co-ordination).
(5) With the team support and self-power to solve complex problem and meet the requirement of client or market change.
(6) As a high level technical talent of Products Division, he/she will play a vanguard & key role in manufacturing process, it is his/her duty to affect the strategic direction of the business performance and high-end products through the job.
(7) Collaborate with workshop, manufacturing process & product technology team for the requirement of sample making or technical support. |

原计划于2012年7月14-15日组团考察南京玄武区，应南京方面的要求，推迟一周到7月21-22日，行程安排不变。报名截止期顺延到7月13日。目前已报名的会员如果时间没有问题的话，无须再报名。协会将于7月16日统一发出正式邀请，并明确行程细节（上海发车地点、联系人等）。计划自行前往南京的会员，请在报名回执时说明，协会将协调安排。

19:00-21:00区相关部门与协会人员就人才引进、项目申报等内容进行交流、对接；夜宿徐庄。
7月15日
9:00赴孝陵卫生命科学园参观考察，后参观创意中央园区，中午在南京321咖啡简餐、座谈。下午发车返回上海。
