今天美国国内最大的新闻就是川普总统终于公布了大家期待已久的基础设施计划。在这份长达53页的文件中详细阐述了他振兴美国基础设施的愿景：在未来十年内将2000亿美元的联邦资金通过利用地方和州税收以及私人投资转化为1.5万亿美元，来修复美国的基础设施。 这一计划的要点如下：
1. 这个联邦资金中的一半（即一千亿美元）将被分配给地方政府作为激励措施。另外的200亿美元将用于“能够提升美国精神”的“具有国家意义的项目”，如纽约哈德逊河下的盖特威隧道。另外还有500亿美元专门用于农村补贴，其中大部分将根据农村公路数量和农村人口给予各州；各州可以将这笔钱用于运输，宽带，水，废物和电力项目。

Spring Festival is the most important traditional festival in China. The "Cultures of China, Festival of Spring" global tour was initiated in 2009 by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council. It has become an important part of Chinese New Year celebrations for Chinese people abroad as well as locals. It has reached more than 200 cities around the world. It is a great way to celebrate the Spring Festival with traditional Chinese performances!
