哥林多前書6章1-8節:「你們中間有彼此相爭的事，怎敢在不義的人面前求審，不在聖徒面前求審呢？豈不知聖徒要審判世界嗎？若世界為你們所審，難道你們不配審判這最小的事嗎？豈不知我們要審判天使嗎？何況今生的事呢！既是這樣，你們若有今生的事當審判，是派教會所輕看的人審判嗎？我說這話是要叫你們羞恥。難道你們中間沒有一個智慧人能審斷弟兄們的事嗎？你們竟是弟兄與弟兄告狀，而且告在不信主的人面前。你們彼此告狀，這已經是你們的大錯了。為甚麼不情願受欺呢？為甚麼不情願吃虧呢？你們倒是欺壓人、虧負人，況且所欺壓，所虧負的就是弟兄。」
保羅在此提到信徒訴訟的原則，首先他在第七節講到信徒不應彼此告狀，因為這完全違反屬靈生命的原則。人活在地上，很多時候我們強調對與錯，只是為了滿足人自我中心、自以為義的本性，但是屬靈的原則卻不是如此。
在屬靈的生命裡，強調的不是對與錯，在教會裡面更強調的是愛與捨己。只有在愛與捨己當中，我們才能彼此相愛、彼此扶持。讓我再次說，不是對錯不重要，但我常發現，我們強調及高舉的，只是人的自以為義而已。反而教會因此受到很大虧損，大家在教會中分門別類。求神讓我們看見，原來基督的心意不是如此！主為我們捨己，主為我們吃虧，好讓偉大的救贖成就在我們身上。今天你我也要效法基督的愛，彼此相愛。
這裡說要為主吃虧，不是指著盲目地吃虧。而保羅所說的訴訟，是信徒之間的原則，若不在信徒之間，而在信徒與非信徒之間，當然可以上一般法院去訴訟。但信徒之間的訴訟，應在教會的牧長面前，一同尋求神的帶領，求神賜下公平的解決方法，相信神的靈會指引應走的道路。若真的解決不了，仍需要回到法律系統裡面，但真正的原則是，只要我們在基督裡，就不可虧負別人，更不可虧負我們的弟兄姊妹。 |

“星期五午后我从外面回到家，正要进门，赫见从门外的小桌下爬出一条蛇。这位“不速之客”长约一米，粗细相当于两支手指并拢。牠在水泥地面爬得很吃力，简直是挣扎前行，最后总算横过了我的家门，鑽进了门外芭蕉树下的草丛。
你几位来我家机会多，下次小心，别踩到这麽个柔软的、蠕动的身体……”
世界日报李大明先生今天给我们几位同行发来Email报一个这么个料和一组栩栩如生的”九曲蛇“照片，我当时就忍不住笑了。因我马上联想到前不久还看到一个国内一家据称浏览量很大的，叫『乌有之乡』的网站隆重发布了一个所谓『毁华内奸团伙媒体枪手』的名单，世界日报记者李大明的名字赫然排在第12位。
『史记·司马相如列传』曰：乌有先生者,乌有此事也。子虚乌有，就是什么都没有。但我们很多读者能见李大明的笔端天天出新闻，而他这些新闻总是将来龙去脉大小多少长短高低交代得非常清楚，很多时候为了证实他报道的消息并非虚构、子虚乌有而配上至少一张照片作为凭证。就象他今次这个仅仅是想给同行一个Email告诉自己家惊现了蛇，他描写了整个蛇到访的情况如何如何，还不算，又按例焦急地佐证，Email附件带上了四张现场照片，令人忍俊不禁。
国内的这家网站就那么清楚国外的记者李大明之”乌有”，并还明确给其排列了”名次”，哈哈，到底是谁乌有呢？
