尊敬的灣區朋友：
為紀念辛亥百年，由全美華人華僑紀念辛亥革命百年活動委員會將於本月十七日在南海文化中心舉行《百年辛亥百年傳承》論壇。現將具體事項通知如下：
一、論壇時間 2011年9月17日下午 1：30PM-5：30PM

第一部分 邀請革命先烈後裔
• 追憶辛亥革命當年先輩的革命業績。革命尚未成功，同志仍需努力
• 一段辛亥革命的歷史，就是我們海內外為追求民族尊嚴、民主自由、民生幸福，同呼吸、共命運的歷史。
• 介紹《少年中國晨報》一部華僑革命史一部海外的辛亥革命史一部被埋藏多年的資料寶庫
第二部分 邀請專家學者
• 講述舊金山是辛亥革命的策源地
• 華僑是辛亥革命的先驅
• 辛亥革命改變了海外華人華僑的地位
第三部分邀請新生代參加並參與討論
• 辛亥活動只有代代相傳，才具有真正的紀念意義。
• 辛亥百年，民族精神依然閃爍著耀眼的光芒。
• 百年辛亥，依然是中華民族偉大復興的巨大的精神動力。

There are mountainous evidences that shows long term physically active life style is an important factor for human health. Physical inactivity leads to a multitude of health experiments. I sincerely hope that health life style with life long physical activity is part of our health education.
