在美国呆过的人都知道，各种大大小小老老少少行行色色的华人圈子数不尽数。无论你在何种圈子里，都能听到各种各样辱骂美国的声音。大陆人骂美国，这完全可以理解。可你身处美国，还辱骂根本不是一回事的美国，我觉得这不只是无知，更是可笑。大陆一直把美国宣传成敌人，这下好了，大家开始哀嚎美国不讲人情了，不讲朋友感情了……。可你早干什么去了？
之所以说在美国华人的思维有误，如下便是：
莫明其妙地常说美国人歧视华人
凡是在美华人，你不可能从未听到过这句话。被美国人批评几句是歧视，被美国人吼一顿是歧视，被美国人执行法务也被称作歧视。个个玻璃心一样，摸不得更碰不得，样子好像非要美国人对着他点头哈腰才算合理。
在美的一些华人媒体也天天报道这种鸡毛蒜皮的所谓“歧视”，真的是够了。我说过，终有一天，美国人会如你所愿，来场真正的歧视，那时，我会看到一群夹尾巴狗摇头摆尾样子的人，一定就是这类长期无事生非的华人。
这些人，给人的感觉好像在国内就从未被歧视过，对于北上广那些土著用放大镜看外来人口，从不认为是歧视，并且，这类人感觉是在国内从不骂架打驾，从不另眼看人，也从来都是互助友爱的样子。你觉得可能吗？中国真是这样的吗？我到是经常看各省对辱，各地对架多了去了。
川普的助理去一鸡店吃饭被店家赶出来，人家没觉得这是歧视。如果这事换了华人，那可不得了，一场声势浩大的“被歧视”运动就展开了，一直传到国内再到CCAV去游街一盘才算完事。
老爱说华人很难融入美国主流社会
美国主流社会？当我问这些人什么是美国主流社会时，没一个能回答上来。有一个回答我说是有钱有势的就是主流社会。大家看看，这些华人好像觉得自己在国内就是天天与马云马化腾之类的人吃喝玩乐，推杯换盏，出入各种大佬圈子一样。也好像自己与国家领导人天天混在一起指点江山一般。自己本来在国内就烂民一个，草根一株，到了美国却还有脸谈主流和非主流。你回答我中国的主流社会到底是个啥样？任正非每天给你开车？你连朋友圈点人头都没超过100，啥叫主流社会？
不论你是以什么方式来到美国，哪怕你是黑下来的，只要在这块土地上生活，其实就是融入了美国的主流社会，至于生活习惯，语言，社交等等一切。那美国人自己还做不到任意人社交完所有美国人呢，川普也做不到。
为了收集美国土壤分析数据，我一个拿着谷歌翻译器就走完了美国十六个州的人，走到哪都吃住在美国人家里，他们友爱，关怀，热情让我从未感受到他们对我有边缘化的神色，相反，我总认为他们比我们华人更小心，深怕哪句话伤害了我。在我的眼里，还有什么比这个更主流？我还说，如果我哪天做错了事，被美国人骂，甚至于被打，我也不认为这有什么不正常，因为，这类事在国内也常常发生，我能说我们中国人把我踢出主流社会和被某地人歧视了吗？
站在美国人的立场上看，你华人在美国当官的当官，赚钱的赚钱，就连加州都快变成你中国的一个省了，你还要我做什么？你中国境内有我老美一个当官的么？有我一块州府地么？
美国人不讲吃不讲穿，都不知道他们图了啥
在国内吃喝嫖赌惯了，穿金戴银久了。一下子见到美国人这样的生活方式，不去了解学习，就开始嘲弄人家。我们华人习惯了虚荣，伪装，招摇和撞骗。总会觉得美国人忙忙碌碌一辈子，吃不好穿不正，不知道图个啥。在我们华人眼里，好像人一生一定得图吃图穿才是图。如果这两样都不取，还不如早死了，把美国几十个州都留中国人去开餐馆搞吃的，把所有的好服装都炒出个天价来。大多数华人的灵魂之悲哀加肮脏，全球应为第二，至于谁是第一，我就不多讲了。总之，美国人花几代人打造的天堂，我们这些外来人口动不动就会说，嗯，这地方要是我的就好了，那地方要是能再建一座什么寺就更好了，要是全美国都摆满了我们的东西，那就更加完美了。我们肮脏的，不是一点点。
信口开河地说美国人的钱全是中国人的
还是那句话，在国内的人因脑子洗坏了，这么认为也就罢了。可一些来美生活了炮十年的华人还这么信口开河，可见其人品之低级，不怪人家看不起你，是你自己蠢造成的。
早就有国内外经济学家算清楚了账，自从中国加入了WTO组织后，近十年来美国每个人（包括刚出生的婴儿）平均每年贡献给中国1000美元左右的钱。怎么算的呢？就是当下闹的最厉害的贸易顺差计算出来的。很多人老是拿美国国债说成是中国人的钱，这么低级的常识居然引无数的人信以为真。不好好学习国债学也就罢了，偏偏连基本的金融危机防护都不愿了解。让你一分美国国债都不购，你试试看，是谁的老百姓穷得满地找牙。美国国债在美国不是债，而是给予贸易伙伴国的贸易生意，对中国来说，这是最安全的赚钱生意。至于为什么，我就难得讲了，反正爱国者们不想搞懂，只想搞乱自己少有的一点点脑浆。你问问朝鲜有没有资格购美国国债再来喷我不迟，没有贸易往来，你哪有资格购？
前些时间，我朋友圈里有一朋友对我发美国公路见闻时评说：美国人还不是用我们的钱。我答：必须是，不然，宣传部的人全体丢碗，直接关了再判刑。从此这位爱国者朋友再也没鸟我了。可能在她眼里，我这种美狗不值一提。
综合一些常态说法，以便本稿收个尾
“中美早晚有一战”，本来美国是中国走向世界的引路人，可我们一直宣传美国是我们的敌人。现在好了，美国真要打战了，如我们所愿了吧。可惜，我只看到了一群夹尾巴狗反反复复求美国放一马，网开一面。不是说好了打战的么？怎么就只靠那几个发言人打嘴炮战呢？
“美国一直欺负中国”，近百年来，全世界可能只有美国对中国最好，入关入贸入联入常等等，几乎美国都在扶着中国走向世界。能开放给中国的，绝无保留地给。换来的却是美国一直欺负中国这么一句经久不衰的国民口号。这阿斗，真的是世无其双。我一直认为，在信息如此发达的时代，居然会有这么多的人不与信息同步。同样，这个世界爱读书和会读书有着本质的区别。有人什么书都读，结果是啥都没明白。我自认为自己是会读书的那一类人，会读书不一定要读各种书，而是要会读才能叫读书。
“美国收养中国孤儿是阴谋”。这话我是在拉斯维加斯听到的。我们的阴谋论都论到这步田地了，真的只能用下流无耻来形容我们自己人。美国在近三十年内收养了中国十多万残疾、重症孤儿居然是阴谋，都好意思说出口，你还号称负责任的大国？何况，收养中国孤儿的不是美国政府，而是美国普通老百姓，也就是我们华人常说的歧视华人的那一波美国人，多么可笑的结论。美国何止在收养中国孤儿，他们还在大量地收养着一群中国大妈。美国数千个食品救助站早就被中国富豪大妈们给占领了，有什么免费的食物和药品就抢什么，抢来吃不完就丢垃圾桶，真正需要帮助的美国本地人根本挤不进大妈们的中间。这数十万中国大妈，在国内有的是钱财，没有的是社会公德和良心。可就算是这样，你见过美国人公开臭骂过这些中国大妈吗？
最后说一句，我不是美狗也不是中狗，我只是一名教育工作者，会读书的教育工作者。 |

14th SICC International Tutorial Workshop “Topics in nonlinear dynamics”
“MODELING, ANALYSIS, AND CONTROL OF COMPLEX NETWORKS AND CYBER-PHYSICAL SYSTEMS”

The 14th SICC International Tutorial Workshop “Topics in nonlinear dynamics” will be held the next weekend, on 29 and 30 June, 2019 in the island of Ischia (Napoli), Italy.
We can still accept a few more participants, so it is possible to register to the workshop even this week.
The topic of the 2019 edition is “MODELING, ANALYSIS, AND CONTROL OF COMPLEX NETWORKS AND CYBER-PHYSICAL SYSTEMS”
From autonomous vehicles and smart grids to massive online social networks and intelligent systems, multiagent systems consisting of many interacting agents communicating with each other over a network of complex interconnections are crucial to many diverse applications. This workshop will gather scholars, students and practitioners from different communities to share their views and perspectives on the challenges that the analysis, design and control of complex sensory, automation, and social interaction systems brought to the engineering discipline.
The workshop is composed by 13 invited talks on the topic by experts in the field and 6 talks by some of the participants at the workshop.
