Enjoy Books from President Nikias’ Summer Reading List
Each year, USC President C. L. Max Nikias sends students a summer reading list. This year’s list was emailed to students just before the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books held on the USC campus in April. These books are not required for classes, but provide an opportunity for reflection by the USC community. For more information, visit

Hosts Needed for 2015 USC SCend Offs
Each summer, USC Alumni Clubs around the world host SCend Off receptions to welcome incoming USC students to the Trojan Family. SCend Offs help connect new students, their families and friends to local alumni. Some of the alumni groups around the country are looking for families who are willing to offer their homes to host a 2015 SCend Off. News from the USC Engemann Student Health Center
Health Center access and insurance coverage for graduating students
There is important information on the Engemann Student Health Center’s website regarding health center access and insurance coverage for recent graduates. In addition, if your student is currently covered by the USC Student Health Insurance Plan provided by Aetna, coverage ends August 16, 2015.
Move-In Day Parent Reception and Letter Writing on August 19
Parents(and family members)are invited to write a letter of good wishes for the school year to their USC student from 12pm – 3pm on Wednesday, August 19 in the Ronald Tutor Campus Center ballroom. Trojan Family Weekend 2015 Update
Trojan Family Weekend 2015 is Thursday, October 22 through Sunday, October, 25. This is a great way for the entire family to share in your student’s USC journey and experience what it means to be part of the spirited Trojan Family. The football game on Saturday, October 24 will be against Pac-12 rival Utah. Registration will open in late July. Click here for more information.

Trojan Athletic Fund and 2015 USC Football Season Tickets
USC home football games are a wonderful time for families to come together and visit their student on campus while taking in the exciting action of a USC football game. Many parents ask for information on how to get priority seating for the season and the additional benefits associated with an athletic membership.
