The Commodity and Energy Markets ANNUAL MEETING 2017 follows in the footsteps of a long standing series of Energy Finance meetings that held their first event in London in 2004 and nowadays represents the benchmark academic conference in the area. The conference is jointly organised by the University of Oxford and the Energy and Commodity Finance RESEARCH CENTER (ECOMFIN) at ESSEC Business School.

· December 1, 2017: Call for papers opens. Only completed drafts accepted. Abstracts or extended abstracts will not be considered.
· February 15, 2017: Submission deadline.
· April 15, 2017:Notification of acceptance/rejection.
· May 1, 2017:Early bird registration deadline(speakers must register by this date to be included in the programme).
ENERGY AND COMMODITY FINANCE ASSOCIATION:GENERAL ASSEMBLY
The Association was founded on December 16, 2015 in Paris, under the endorsement of colleagues at the University of Oxford, University of Duisburg-Essen, ESSEC Business School Paris - Singapore, University Paris Dauphine, University of St. Gallen, Wroclaw University of Technology, and the University of Sussex. The second general assembly will take place on June 15, 2017. All conference participants get a one-year free subscription to the association and are entitled to vote at the meeting.
