湖南大学2016年教师招聘公告

　　湖南大学（http://www.hnu.edu.cn）坐落在中国历史文化名城长沙，前临碧波荡漾的湘江，后倚秀如琢玉的岳麓山。学校办学起源于宋太祖开宝九年（公元976年）创建的岳麓书院，历经宋、元、明、清等朝代的变迁，享有“千年学府，百年名校”之誉，是教育部直属的“211工程”、“985工程”重点建设高水平大学。

　　学校设有研究生院和23个学院，学科专业涵盖哲学、经济学、法学、教育学、文学、历史学、理学、工学、管理学、医学、艺术学等11大学科门类。工程学、化学、数学、物理学、材料科学、生物学与生物化学、计算机科学7个学科进入ESI前1%，据最新的2016自然指数排行榜，湖南大学位列中国内地高校排名第12位，全球大学排名第94位。学校现有教师1800余人，其中教授、副教授1100余人。全职院士6名，“千人计划”学者41人，“长江学者”、国家杰出青年基金获得者39人。

　　一、招聘岗位需求

　　岗位职务：教授/副教授/助理教授

　　二、支持条件

　　1．学校按照相应岗位职务提供科研启动费和安家费。

　　2．学校特设“岳麓学者计划”领军岗、特聘岗、晨星岗，学术成果突出者可申报相应岗位并享受特殊岗位津贴。

　　3．学校诚邀具有三年及以上海外工作经历的优秀青年才俊共同申报“青年千人计划”，入选者除享受国家有关待遇及支持条件外，直接聘至教授岗位，并享受“岳麓学者”岗位津贴。

　　三、申请条件

　　1．具有知名高校（研究机构）博士学位（体育、艺术类学科除外）。研究方向相对稳定，能准确把握学术前沿，具备相应岗位对教学科研能力和学术业绩的要求，并能凸显学术发展潜质及创新力。

　　2．海外非教职人员申请正高职务的，应具有海外知名高校或研究机构工作经历并在科研方面取得标志性突出成果。
