Marine Law and Policy 《海洋法律与政策》is a peer reviewed, Chinese-English bilingual journal of international marine law and policy published by Hainan University Centre for International Sea Law and Dispute Settlement（HNU-CISLDS）. It aims to provide a platform for readers to discuss any marine-related law and policy issues, and proffer marine-related insights for the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port.

We welcome submissions of articles, case briefings and book reviews from all academics and practitioners. The topics of publication would include, among others, public international law of the sea, private maritime law, marine administrative law, and related policies. Authors are kindly requested to submit their papers electronically by emailing to：CISLDS.MLP@hainanu.edu.cn. Authors of selected papers will be paid in a lump-sum along with two free copies of the journal.
