论坛于2020年12月中下旬举办，分学校主论坛、学院分论坛。

（二）报名流程

1.请符合条件的海内外英才于2020年11月30日前登陆“福建师范大学海内外英才论坛”报名系统报名（点击文末阅读原文进入），或长按识别下方二维码填写相关信息。

2.2020年12月5日前，学校向受邀人才发送邀请函，邀请函中将明确论坛举办的确切时间和议程。

3.请受邀学者在收到邀请函后确认是否参加，并于一周内填写回执发至邀请函指定邮箱。

申报条件和待遇

（一）申报条件

1.具有良好的思想政治素质，恪守高校师德行为规范和学术道德规范等职业道德规范。

2.具有博士学位，自然科学、工程技术领域申请人不超过40周岁，人文社会科学领域申请人不超过50岁，且具备以下条件：

具备或接近申报国家级青年人才项目或福建省引才“百人计划”等省部级人才项目条件，或具备相当层次学术造诣和较好发展潜力的海内外优秀人才。

（二）引进待遇

1.对入选国家级青年人才项目者以及具有相当层次学术造诣者，学校提供年薪：不低于60万元，购房补贴（含安家费）200万元，科研经费200-500万元。

2.对进入国家级青年人才项目会评答辩但未入选者和入选福建省引才“百人计划”者以及具有相当层次学术水平者，学校提供年薪：30-40万元，购房补贴（含安家费）100万元，科研经费30-100万元。

3.对达到较高学术水平和成就的海内外优秀人才，经学校与个人双方协商，可按学校高层次人才引进办法或“一人一策”方式予以引进。

以上经费均指人民币、含税，不含国家、福建省配套的生活待遇以及学校高端成果奖励。根据实际情况，在专业技术职务评聘、博导遴选等方面给予优先考虑，子女可按政策就读福建师范大学附属中小学、幼儿园。

The2020 Global Talent Forum will be held by Fujian Normal University（hereinafterreferred to as "FNU"）and take place in mid to late December, 2020, aiming at building a platform forhigh-level academic communication for young talents from home and abroad. 2.Before December 5th, 2020, the invitation letter willbe sent to the invitees, in which there exist the exact time and agenda of theforum.

3.The invitees need to confirm whether they will participatewithin one week of receiving the invitation letter, fill in the receipt andsend it to the mailbox designated in the invitation letter.

IV. Registration Conditions and Treatment

（I）Registration Conditions（One of the Following Conditions）

1.The applicants should have ideological and political quality,stick to teachers’ professional ethics, academic code of ethics and other codesof professional ethics.

2. The applicants should have a doctoral degree, and those in thefields of natural science and engineering technology should be no more than 40years old and those in the field of humanities and social sciences no more than50 years old, and they should meet the following requirements.

They need to be the excellent talents in possession of or to beclose to applying for the Talent Project at the Provincial and Ministeriallevel, like National Changjiang Scholar（Youth Project）, 10,000 Talents Planfor excellent young talents, Candidates of the National Science Fund forExcellent Young Scholars referred to as the “Four Young Talents Programs”, or theprovincial talent project “100 Talents Plan” in Fujian province. Or those inpossession of equally high academic attainments and good development potential.

（II）Introducing Treatment

1.FNU will provide scientific research funds of CNY 2 million–5 million, housing subsidies（including setting-in allowance）of CNY 2 million and annual salary of notless than 600,000 for the scholars who have been selected to “Four youngtalents programs”, or those with equally high academic attainments.

2.FNU will provide research funds of CNY 300,000-1,000,000, housingsubsidies（including setting-in allowance）of CNY 1 million and annual salary of300,000-400,000 for the scholars who have entered the plea，but not been selected into “Four youngtalents programs” , or the scholars who have been selected into the attractingtalents program -“100 Talents Plan” of Fujian Province, or those with equallyhigh academic attainments.

3.The excellent talents with high academic attainments and gooddevelopment potential can be introduced in accordance with the Universitypolicies on high-level talents introduction or the “one policy for oneperson”  measure after mutualnegotiation.

The above funds are indicated in CNY and tax inclusive, which donot include national funds、provincial funds and the achievementaward of teaching research of FNU. Based on the facts, priority shall be givenfor evaluation and employment of professional titles for the professionalskills, and their children could attend the Affiliated Kindergarten，the Affiliated Primary School and theAffiliated High School of FNU.

VI. University Overview

The University is located in Fuzhou, a famous historic and culturalcity that has been honored as “Coastal City of Flourishing Culture”. It is arenowned century-old provincial higher education institute with a long history.The university originated from Fujian Excellence Normal Academy founded by theRoyal Preceptor of Qing Dynasty Chen Baochen in 1907. It is a higher educationinstitute co-built by the Ministry of Education and Fujian Provincial People’sGovernment. In 2014, it was endorsed as a Key High-Level University of FujianProvince; in 2017, it was endorsed into aspiring “National First-ClassUniversities” of Fujian Province. Currently, FNU is ranked among the top 80Chinese higher education institutes and among the top 350 QS Asian universitiesin terms of its overall strength. FNU has a total of 26 disciplines on the listin the Fourth-Round National University Discipline Assessment organized by theMinistry of Education, including 3 A-class disciplines and 12 B-classdisciplines, ranking 45th among national universities in terms of the number ofA-class disciplines.

FNU has two main campuses：Qishan Campus and Cangshan Campus,covering a total area of about 4,000 mu. Currently, the university has 87undergraduate programs（77 programs enrolled students in 2020）, 23,513full-time general undergraduates, and more than 8,000 graduate students. Themain campus has more than 1,700 full-time teachers.
