一、研究方向
以深圳大学“微纳光子信息技术重点实验室”、光电子器件与系统教育部重点实验室为依托,研究方向包括超快光场调控及其与物质的相互作用,超快光学及其成像技术,超快激光精密制造技术,太赫兹波产生及其成像检测技术等等,着眼于有重大学术影响力的科研成果,并致力于研发行业领先的关键技术。

徐世祥:65年7月生,深圳大学物理与光电工程学院教授,博士研究生导师。中国光学学会激光专业委员会委员、高速摄影专业委员会委员,广东省光学学会理事,上海市浦江人才基金获得者,科技部重点研发项目会评专家,深圳大学优秀学者。浙江大学光学仪器工程学系学士,中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所博士。曾留学法国、德国和美国等著名大学和研究机构。迄今为止,已主持完成多项国家自然科学基金重点/面上项目、省部级项目。作为技术骨干曾参与多项863、973以及国家基金委重大、仪器专项等国家级重要项目。同时还有多项产学研合作项目,具有广泛的企业人脉资源。在国际国内著名专业期刊发表论文150余篇,获得授权的发明专利30余项。

2. 在相关或相近研究领域发表中科院一区论文至少1篇,或二区2篇或三区4篇,特别优秀的可聘为专职研究员;
3. 有较好的写作水平、团队管理能力和沟通协调能力。
5.3 聘期待遇
(1)年薪约45万,并享受深圳大学社保及公积金等相关福利,具体岗位等级和工资待遇根据学历、研究经历、科研能力等确定。
(2)合同期间表现优异者,在合同期满后如果符合学校的教师岗位入职条件,并通过学校考核,可优先转为预聘-长聘制教师岗位。
(3)获聘人员可申请学校周转房,申请条件按学校后勤管理部门相关规定执行。
(4) 有机会与企业合作研究。
