二、基本条件
1、年龄不超过35周岁,身心健康,可全职从事博士后研究工作。
2、取得相关领域博士学位,获得博士学位时间一般不超过3年;
三、待遇支持
1、给予协和青年学者不低于40万元/年支持;给予协和海外(含港澳台)青年学者不低于50万元/年支持。获国家及各级地方政府人才项目还可享受累加支持;根据博士后出站评审结果再给予后激励。
2、可纳入中国医学科学院北京协和医学院医学健康科技创新工程岗位支持。
3、在站满2年可申请卫健委副高级专业技术资格评审。
4、优秀博士后出站,且满足院校准聘长聘系列教职聘任条件者,可申请助理教授(独立PI)岗位;成绩特别突出者,可直接申请准聘副教授岗位(相关信息可查阅系统院高层次人才引进相关招聘)。
5、支持聘期内申请国家自然科学基金与省、市资助的各级课题,以及各类博士后基金和项目。
补充说明:未进入上述计划支持的博士后, 给予不低于18万元/年支持,具体面谈。
