Professor Dr. Bill Y. Chen has invited Mr. Charlie Xiao, Founder and Chairman of Mega International Enterprises, and Senior Investment Advisor of TNG Real Estate Consultants to give a guest lecture on “ Los Angeles Real Estate Markets and Tips on How to Buy a House”  to MBA 543 Real Estate Finance and Investments class. All UWest students and faculty/staff are welcome to join this special seminar. This lecture is also open to the public; and it will be held at ED 201 at UWest.

Mr. Xiao has had extensive experiences in the US real estate industry and markets and helped many residential and commercial investors to buy/sell their properties. He is the Advisor to the TNG Real Estate Consultants and helps real estate investors develop comprehensive strategy and plans. 

 Mr. Xiao earned his Bachelor of Arts from the School of Music, Nanjing Normal University, China, and his Master of Science from the School of Communication, Fort Hays State University, Kansas. He is the Visiting Professor at several universities in China and has been very active in the local communities.
