2023 年 11 月 15 日，中国国家主席习近平和美国总统拜登在旧金山成功会晤，形成了面向未来的“旧金山愿景”。两国领导人重申了中美民间交往的重要性，鼓励扩大两国教育、学生、青年、文化、体育和工商界交流。同日，习近平主席在美国友好团体联合欢迎宴会上发表演讲并提出，“中方未来 5 年愿邀请 5 万名美国青少年来华交流学习”。
      为响应中美两国领导人的共识和倡议，共青团中央、中华全国青年联合会、中国人民对外友好协会及其会员组织将于2024—2028 年倡导和实施“未来之桥”中美青年交流计划。通过邀请美国各界各地青年访华，促进双方围绕共同关心的议题开展交流，搭建面向未来的中美伙伴关系网络，架起沟通、理解、友谊、合作的桥梁，推动中美关系健康、稳定、可持续发展。
      其中，由重庆市青年联合会、重庆欧美同学会等单位承办的中美“未来之桥”青年交流计划将邀请美国青年于 6 月 7 日至 11 日访问重庆，与重庆相关行业和社群的青年代表围绕先进制造业议题开展交流，并拜访党政部门，考察相关企业，参观当地景点等。

      在华期间，还将邀请美国青年于 6 月 12 日至 14 日访问北京，参加“探索北京”活动，参观故宫、长城、北京国家体育馆等，并与中国青年开展交流。     

      诚邀贵单位推荐美方 20—40 岁智能制造相关领域青年代表参加活动，具有特殊代表性或重要性的可适当突破年龄限制。

Invitation Letter

      In November 2023, Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Joseph R. Biden held a Summit Meeting in San Francisco, which outlined the "San Francisco Vision" for the future. The two leaders reiterated the importance of ties between the people of the two countries and encouraged the expansion of educational, student, youth, cultural, sports, and business exchanges. On the same day, at the Welcome Dinner hosted by Friendly Organizations in the United States, President Xi Jinping announced that China is ready to invite 50，000 young Americans to China on exchange and study programs in,the next five years.

       To respond to the consensus and initiative by the leaders, Communist Youth League Central Committee, the All-China Youth Federation（ACYF）,The Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries（CPAFFC）and its member organizations will organize "Bridge of the Future" China-U.S. Youth Exchange Program from 2024 to 2028.I. Theme and Specific Topics.

      The program will invite American youth leaders from various industries, professions and regions to visit China and facilitate exchanges on topics of common interest to American and Chinese youth. It aims to build networks of partnership and bridges of communication, understanding, friendship and cooperation between the two countries, which are conducive to the healthy, stable, and sustainable China-U.S. relation.

       Among them, the "Bridge of the Future" China-U.S. Youth Exchange Program organized by Chongqing Youth Federation, Chongqing Europe and America Alumni Association, and other units, will invite American youth to visit Chongqing from June 7th to 11th to exchange ideas with young representatives from relevant industriesand communities in Chongqing on advanced manufacturing issues, visit party and government departments, inspect relevant enterprises, and visit local attractions.

       During their stay in China, the organizers will also invite American youth to visit Beijing from June 12th to 14th, participate in the "Explore Beijing" activity, visit the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, the Beijing National Stadium, and engage in exchanges with Chinese youth.

       We sincerely invite your organization to recommend young representatives from the United States in the field of intelligent manufacturing aged 20-40 to participate in the event. Those with special representativeness or importance can appropriately break through the age limit.
