Unica, An IBM Company, a leading global provider of Enterprise Marketing Management software is seeking a versatile senior（or principal）software engineer. The candidate will join a team of high-performance software professionals that strive to rapidly deliver innovative products and functionalities with high first-time quality and high long-term maintainability.

The position is primarily responsible for architecting and developing new advanced user interface for the company's market-leading flagship real-time event detection product, which is anticipated to be a key analytical component within the Smarter Commerce initiative. Responsibilities will also include some server and middle-tier development. The successful candidate will exhibit the ability to quickly learn multiple product feature areas and new technologies.

Job Specifications：

• Preferred Knowledge
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience
  • Experience in designing enterprise application
  • Experience in IBM Unica EMM Suite components and product（Marketing Platform, Marketing Operation, Campaign）
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years experience in Code Java
• English：Intermediate 
• Preferred ：Master's Degree in Information Technology
• At least 6 years experience in Code Java
• English ：Fluent
