中国金融期货交易所（以下简称“中金所”）2006年9月8日在上海挂牌成立，是经国务院同意，中国证监会批准设立的从事金融期货、期权交易的公司制交易所。2010年4月16日，中金所首个金融期货产品——沪深300股指期货上市交易，上市两年来股指期货市场运行平稳、规范。在中国证监会的统一部署下，中金所将逐步稳妥地推出其他金融衍生品，形成包括金融期货、期权等在内的完整产品体系，努力打造一个健康规范、国际一流的金融衍生品交易中心和金融市场风险管理中心，为国民经济的持续健康发展作出积极贡献。

　　为适应交易所业务发展需要，现计划面向海外引进一批中高层次管理人才和专业人才。具体岗位及要求如下：

一、中高层次管理人才

　　主要面向海外金融领域，引进对象为以下三类：

　　（一）在海外大型知名证券期货、银行、保险、资产管理等金融机构担任过中高级及以上管理岗位，具有丰富的金融衍生品（特别是场内衍生品）实践经验者优先。

　　（二）在海外大型知名会计师、律师事务所等中介机构及金融IT公司担任过中高级及以上管理岗位，具有金融衍生品实践经验者。

　　（三）在海外经济金融领域（特别是金融衍生品领域）具有较高学术造诣、知名度和影响力的专家、学者。

二、金融期货产品开发人才

　　（一）国债期货产品专业人才

　　主要职责：

　　负责国债期货产品研究、开发、业务规则制定、综合管理等。

　　岗位要求：

　　1、具有良好的债券理论功底，业务基础扎实；

　　2、熟悉境内外债券市场运作，具备较强的分析、研究、写作能力；

　　3、具有3年以上海外知名大型金融机构债券类产品设计、交易、研发等经历者优先；

　　（二）股指期权产品专业人才

　　主要职责：

　　负责股指类期货期权产品研究、开发、业务规则制定、综合管理等。

　　岗位要求：

　　1、熟练掌握期权理论知识，业务基础扎实；

　　2、具有丰富的期货期权类衍生品研究经验和成果，具备较强的分析、研究、写作能力；

　　3、具有境外股指类期货期权产品设计、交易、研究经历者优先；

　　4、具有3年以上海外知名大型金融机构金融工程研发经历者优先；

　　（三）外汇期货产品专业人才

　　主要职责：

　　负责外汇期货产品的研究、开发、业务规则制定、综合管理等。

　　岗位要求：

　　1、熟练掌握外汇理论基础知识，业务基础扎实；

　　2、熟悉境内外外汇市场运作，具备较强的分析、研究、写作能力；

　　3、熟悉境外外汇衍生品市场并具有一定研究成果者优先；

　　4、具有3年以上海外知名大型金融机构外汇交易、研究经历者优先。

三、资格条件

　　引进人才应符合上述引进对象的要求，并具备以下资格条件：

　　（一）具有良好的职业道德修养和从业记录，具有良好的心理素质，身体健康；

　　（二）年龄一般不超过45周岁，条件特别优秀的，年龄可适当放宽；

　　（三）具有较好的汉语和英语沟通能力；

　　（四）工作岗位要求的其他资格条件。

China Financial Futures Exchange
Recruitment of Overseas Senior Managements and Specialists

With the approval of the State Council and the authorization of the China Securities Commission（CSRC）, China Financial Futures Exchange was founded on September 8, 2006 in Shanghai. It is a corporation authorized to engage in the trading and clearing of financial futures, options. On April 16, 2010, the first financial futures product, i.e., the CSI 300 Stock Index Futures, has been listed and its market has been running smoothly in the past two years. Under the leading of CSRC, CFFEX is developing other financial derivatives, including futures and options, and a complete products system will be formed. CFFEX is aspired to become world-class financial derivatives trading centre and financial market risk management centre to contribute on the sustained and healthy development of national economy.

To expand our business, CFFEX is open to recruit oversea talents for middle or high-level managements and products development specialists. The specific position requirements are listed as following:

Talents Targeted

1. Middle or High-level Managements

Following three types of talents are of our interest.

1）Professionals who had or have appointed middle or high-level management positions in overseas well-known large-scale securities companies, FCMs, banking, insurance companies, asset management companies or other financial institutions. Rich experiences on exchange traded products are preferred.

2）Professionals who had or have served as middle or high-level managements in overseas law firms, accounting firms, financial IT companies. Financial derivatives related experience is required.

3）Influenced experts or scholars with high academic achievements in the financial sector（especially the financial derivatives fields）.

2. Financial Futures Product Development Specialists

（1）Government Bond Futures

Responsibilities

Play a key role in the Government Bond Futures product research, development, regulations making etc.

Qualifications

1）Solid theoretical and practical knowledge on bond and bond futures;

2）Familiar with the domestic and foreign bond markets operations. Strong analytical, researching and writing abilities;

3）At least 3-year experience on debts related products designing, trading, researching or development experience in foreign large financial institutions is preferred.

（2）Stock index option products

Responsibilities

Play a key role in the stock index futures and options products research, development, regulations making etc.

Qualifications

1）Master option theory;

2）Has a wealth of experiences and achievements on options, futures and other derivatives. Strong analytical, researching and writing abilities;

3）Overseas designing, trading or researching experiences on stock index futures and options are preferred;

4）At least 3-year financial engineering experience in foreign large financial institutions is preferred.

（3）Foreign Exchange futures

Responsibilities

Play a key role in the foreign exchange futures products research, development, regulations making etc.

Qualifications

1）Solid theoretical and practical knowledge on FX and its derivatives;

2）Familiar with the domestic and overseas FX markets operations. Strong analytical, researching and writing abilities;

3）Familiar with the foreign exchange derivatives market.

4）At least 3-year experience on FX related product designing, trading, researching or development experience in foreign large financial institutions is preferred.

Additional Qualifications

Additional qualifications are required for above positions.

1）Good professional morals and records;

2）No more than 45 years old generally and good mental and physical health. Strong candidates but over 45 could be considered as qualified;

3）Excellent Chinese and English communication skills;

4）Other related qualifications.
