Come to join us for a fun summer BBQ outing, jointly organized by Boston
 Nankai Alumni Association and SJTU Alumni Association of Greater Boston
 Area.
 When:  Saturday, July 28, 2012 10:00 am to 4:00 pm（Subject to rescheduling
 in case of any severe weather）
 Who:  Alumni and friends/family of Nankai affiliated schools（Nankai
 University, Tianjin Nankai Middle School, Nankai #2 Middle School, Chongqing
 Nankai Middle School）and Jiaotong affiliated schools（Shanghai,
 Beijing, Xian, Sichuan and Taiwan）. Other friends are also warmly welcome to join us.
 Where: Cochituate State Park, 43 Commonwealth Rd., Natick MA

 Activities:
 BBQ, swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, soccer, volleyball, all
 other sports/games, networking and lots of FUN!!!
 Volunteers Needed:
 Volunteers who can help prepare BBQ food or make picnic meals from home.
 Volunteers who can go to the park earlier to secure the grills and space.
 Cost per Head and Registration:
 Adult:  $15
 Youth:  $8（5-12 years old）
 Kid:    free（<5 years old）

  Please note that onsite registration or payment is not recommended
 because we need time and budget to prepare food.
 Carpooling:
 We are in need of volunteers to provide a ride to those who don’t drive.  Passengers are
 expected to share the gas and parking fee with their driver. Drivers and
 passengers can fill in and check  the following worksheet for the carpooling
 logistics.
