The 23rd International Conference on the Pacific Rim Management is organized by the Association for Chinese Management Educators（ACME）. The ACME’s goal is to provide a forum for management educators and practitioners to exchange information and to stimulate cooperation with both academic and nonacademic organizations in the Pacific Rim region. Specifically for this conference, the ACME aims to explore and discuss opportunities and challenges to form networks and collaborations to further advance management theory and practice.

　　第23届环太平洋管理国际研讨会由中国管理教育工作者协会（ACME）举办。ACME的目标是为管理学者和实践者提供信息交流的平台，同时加强学术和非学术组织在环太平洋地区的合作。就此次会议而言，ACME旨在探讨形成联网的机会和挑战，并进一步协作推进管理理论和实践。

Submission Guidelines
提交指南

A full paper, written in English and in MS Word, should be uploaded to the conference website byFebruary 25th, 2013. The length of the full paper is limited to 15 pages. Authors are requested to prepare their full papers using theAPA style.

　　全文需用Word文档由英文撰写，并在2013年2月25日之前上传至研讨会网络系统。论文全文长度在15页之内。作者需用APA格式撰写全文。

Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by committee members. The authors will be notified of acceptance byMarch 15th 2013. Authors submitting articles for publication warrant that the work is not an infringement of any existing copyright and will indemnify the publisher against any breach of such warranty.
