Kwei-bo Huang (Ph.D., Government, Univesity of Maryland) is Chairman, Research & Planning Committee, ROC Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Associate Professor of Diplomacy, National Chengchi University; and Vice President of the Taiwan Foundation for Democracy.
Kun-shuan Chiu (Ph.D., George Washington University) is Associate Professor and Director of the Graduate Institute of East Asian Studies, National Chengchi University.
Chih-chiang Lo is Vice President of the Central News Agency, Taiwan. He was a spokesman for the presidential campaign of Ma Ying-jeou.
Cheng-Pin Hong is Assistant Director-General of the Department of North American Affairs, of the ROC Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since 1991, he has served in several posts in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
