國際華人體育與健康协會& AAHPERD Convention（4/23-27 Charlotte）

Dear ICSPAH Members and Friends:

Greetings! You may start to make your plan for the trip to this year’s AAHPERD（April 23-27）and ICSPAH one-day conference on April 23, 2013. There are a few things to report to you:

ICSPAH executive committee is now accepting the President-elect nomination and application from our ICSPAH members. Please send your nomination or application to yuanlong.liu@wmich.edu at your earliest convenience.

We strongly encourage you to come to the following two ICSPAH events:

（1）1st International Chinese Society for Physical Activities and Health（ICSPAH）Symposium

April 23, 2013（Registration starts 10:00am April 23, Hilton Hotel, detailed schedule will be sent to you in near future by emails）

（2）International Chinese Society for Physical Activities and Health Assembly and Social Meeting

April 24, 2013（4:00pm-6:00pm, Westin：Independence Room）

Dear All ICSPAH Members and Friends:
You may recall that we have sent two notice in Jan. and March for the ICSPAH activities at AAHPERD this year (see attached dated on March 1 2013), respectively. This is a kind final reminder for you to prepare your trip to AAHPERD:
(1) The 1st International Chinese Society for Physical Activities and Health Symposium will be on 4/23 at Hilton Hotel:
Location: Hilton Charlotte Center City,
9:00am 10:00am：Check in Mecklenburg Hall
10:00-11:15am： Poster section 1, Mecklenburg Hall
11:30-12:45pm: Poster section 2, Mecklenburg Hall
1:00-2:45pm: Opening ceremony and Keynote lectures section 1, Charlotte Hall
2:45-4:00pm Poster section 3, Mecklenburg Hall
4:15pm 5:30pm Keynote lectures section 2, Charlotte Hall
6:00pm Dinner
(2) ICSPAH member's assembly:
