3、美国气象局发布大风雪预警，今明两天美国东北部将有大风雪，局部地区将有暴雪并伴有强风，风雪过后会有道路结冰等状况。为此，提醒广大华人同胞注意天气变化，加强自我保护。特别提醒：

　　一、及时了解天气变化，关注风雪信息。

　　二、减少外出，尽量呆在有保暖设施的房间内。

　　三、注意保暖，做好御寒物资储备。

　　四、尽量避免或减少出行，也可选乘公共交通工具。

　　五、如确需驾车外出，应在出发前检查车况、油量等，如遇暴风雪，将车停放在安全区域后，呆在车内呼叫救援。

　　如遇紧急情况，可拨打911或当地政府部门设立的热线电话呼叫紧急医疗救助。
