Hong Kong's Christine Loh Kung-Wai says 2018 timetable is "very agressive"
Local government in Chinese port city Shenzhen is pushing a "very aggressive" deadline for the implemention of an Emissions Control Area(ECA)covering the Pearl River Delta by 2018, South China Morning Post reports.
Deputy Director at Shenzhen's Human Settlements and Environment Commission, Li Shuisheng, has said the local government there is pushing for a zone that would require the use of low sulfur bunker fuel, with the hope it would expand across the country.

Cisco to sink $16m in cloudy Chiense joint venture with TCL Corp
Cisco is planning to set up a new $80m commercial cloud joint venture with Chinese electronics firm TCL Corp, according to a company filing.
TCL told Shenzhen Stock Exchange(translated by Google)that Cisco would invest $16m in the new firm and hold a 20 per cent stake, while TCL takes care of the rest of the investment for the remaining stake.
The firms will make their investments in three stages, with both companies needing to meet conditions of the agreement before each tranche of cash is paid.

Tencent Leads Financing for Chinese Healthcare Website Guahao
Tencent Holdings TCEHY -1.02% has led an investment of more than $100 million in a Chinese health care platform, the latest move by the Internet conglomerate to expand its user base through online medical services as it competes against Alibaba. No precise figure for Tencent’s portion of the funding was provided by either company.
The medical platform, Guahao.com, announced the round of funding Monday on its website, saying it would be collaborating further with Tencent in Internet-based health services.
