Overview:
NECINA is a nonprofit organization that was founded 19 years ago by a group of highly successful entrepreneurs. Our mission is to nourish entrepreneurship, facilitate professional career development, and bridge the business and culture gap between New England and Greater China.
Career conference is a signature event NECINA runs annually. The upcoming one is to be held on January 31, 2015（Saturday）. We expect to attract hundreds of attendees. Based on our experience, we expect a mix of experienced professionals and students primarily from engineering and business backgrounds.
Our distinguished panel of speakers will cover key topics ranging from career management, business leadership, cross culture career management, cross culture organization behavior, international student job searching advice, and etc.
In parallel to speeches and panel discussions, NECINA will host job fair, resume critique, and mock interviews. HR/recruiting professionals from TripAdvisor, HP, NetBrain, DataWatch, CIIE and other leading employers in New England will participate at the job fair.

Overview:
The New England Chinese Professionals 2015 Chinese New Year Gala is co-organized by 16 New England Chinese-American professional associations. These are non-profit, non-political professional organizations with members in diverse industries and professional fields, such as high-tech, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, law, business management, higher education, finance, accounting, entrepreneurship and many other areas. These professional associations collectively have over 4,000 members, many of whom are leaders in their respective fields or industries.
