Little problems can rapidly escalate into huge conflicts if we don’t take the time to understand the simple things we can do to resolve and diffuse potentially explosive situations, especially a different culture and language.
Don't worry! Our seminar will cover common situations that lead to a conflict especially in the workplace. Through our class exercise, we provide tools than everyone can use to effectively manage conflicts that arise in lifeMost importantly, participants will learn by experiencing and having fun.

The Speaker- Aaron Rose. Aaron Rose is a native of Los Angeles, California. At the age of 13 he moved with his father and brother to China. After returning to California and finishing high school he completed his degree in UC Santa Cruz and Beijing Normal University. He understands the conflicts and culture in both US and China. He is the founder of Mavin Learning Resources, a College Bound Counseling, Classes & Tutoring.
His experiences in business and exposure to various cultures empowers him to address the issues of cultural conflicts and provide a workable resolution, making him an excellent speaker for our seminar.
