We’ll look at how we turn big data into small data for organizational decision-making, and social stories into decision tools. We are in a world now where there is data spilling from everywhere. In this session, we will explore when you use quantitative vs. qualitative data, how to make qualitative data more quantitative, and where you can pull narrative data into the mix to understand the social context of decisions and biases in organizational settings.
