Spotlight:2016 Spring Benefit Luncheon - May 15

The 2016 Spring Benefit Luncheon celebrates the inspiring continuum of Chinese fashion design, from East-meets-West aesthetics to the exciting dynamic between tradition and innovation. Tribeca Rooftop, with its spectacular view of the Manhattan skyline, will be the site for a design showcase, featuring the designs of Yeohlee Teng, Han Feng, Lancy Shi and others. The seated luncheon with a special spring menu will delight the senses with the flavors of Asia. Following a reception, China Institute's   Renwen Society will host a roundtable discussion with three of Contemporary   China's rising literary stars, moderated by Dr. Yan Yue of the United   Nations' Chinese Language Program. Liang Hong, Li Jian, and Yan Ge all grew   up in a rapidly changing China, and their stories have all garnered wide   national attention. This   discussion will be conducted in Mandarin Chinese.
