President & CEO, San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership

            Professor Bill Y. Chen has invited Mr. Jeff  Allred,  President & CEO of San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership to give a guest lecture on Business Forecasts to his MBA 509 Business Forecasts class. All UWest students and faculty/staff are welcome to join this special seminar. The lecture will be held at AD 205.

Mr. Allred is the former City Manager of Rosemead, from 2009 through 2016.   He also served as the City Manager of Norco in western Riverside County, as well as in management positions for the cities of La Verne, Downey, El Monte and West Covina.  He currently is the President and CEO of San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership. The San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership conducts the annual survey and business forecasts for the local cities in San Gabriel valley. During the lecture, Mr. Allred will share his experience on business forecasts as well as his extensive experience as the city manager.
