Hello Zhenying,
Thank you for contacting Microsoft Online Customer Service.
I understand from your message that, you would like to know the methods in blocking phishing emails.
As a Customer Service Representative, we are here to assist you in finding the right place to get help with your questions and providing resources that may help you in resolving your issue.
In order to eliminate unwanted e-mail messages, use one of the following methods:
Method 1:Junk Mail Filter
1. Sign in to the Windows Live Hotmail Web site by using your Windows Live ID.
2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Options, and then click More options.
3. Under Junk e-mail, click Filters and reporting.
4. Under Filters and reporting, select the options that you want, and then click Save.
Notes If you select Exclusive for the Junk e-mail filter, only the messages that are from e-mail addresses in your Contacts list or in your Allowed senders list appear in your Inbox. Messages that are from senders not in those lists are automatically sent to the Junk e-mail folder. You should occasionally check the Junk e-mail folder to make sure that good messages are not mistakenly sent there.
Method 2:Block Sender
1. Sign in to the Windows Live Hotmail Web site by using your Windows Live ID.
2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Options, and then click More options.
3. Under Junk e-mail, click Safe and blocked senders.
4. Click Blocked senders.
5. Type an e-mail address or a domain, and then click Add to List.
I hope the above information would help you to resolve your issue. If you have any additional Customer Service related concerns, please write to us.
Thank you,
Kannan
