Together, we’ve accomplished so much since President Biden took office. We passed the American Rescue Plan to help people and small businesses struggling from the pandemic, expanded the child tax credit to cut childhood poverty in half, rejoined the Paris Climate Agreement, and enacted legislation to combat anti-Asian American hate — and we’re just getting started.
We still have so much work to do, from fighting Republican attacks on voter rights and protecting our immigrants, to passing my Women’s Health Protection Act and a green infrastructure plan that will create millions of jobs. But success is far from assured, and it won’t be easy. We know that Mitch McConnell and Republicans will do everything they can to block our progress.
